Food is good but service is NOT!! Forgot part of my order and as I explained when I called, I do not live close to the restaurant. They could have offered to refund me my money but they continued to say that they dont know what happened but next time when I come back they will replace what was missing. Thats fine if the location was convenient but do not inconvenience the customer and brush me off as if my money or my patronage is insignificant. If I can go out of my way to visit your establishment please go out of your way to rewrite your wrong. They can keep that change because there are other places that I can spend my money!

The food was horrible! The chicken was dry, over cooked and tasted old. The employee working at the counter was rude and unprofessional and proceeded to get loud with my 15 year old son. When I questioned her about her behavior she became nasty with me. I asked for the manager, who took a while to come to the counter due to be yelled at by the same rude employee. The manager was passive as if she was used to this behavior. I asked for my money back and we will NEVER eat at that dump again. If you want terrible food and service, this is the place for you!

I literally just left here 15, 20 minutes ago and Im already leaving a review LOL. Everything about this plate is worth the $7 I paid. First of all, thats a really good price for 2 pieces of chicken (dark meat), black eyed peas, cabbage, and cornbread (of course you choose your own sides). I wasnt in a chicken mood today but I am very satisfied with my purchase. I recommend

Open late on Sunday. No matter which variety of vegetables I choose to go with my chicken dinner, never disappointed . Oh dont let me for get the turkey and dressing served Sunday only. The Mac n cheese absolutely the best,always one of the two veggies I choose. small dine in area.

I dont recommend!!! The food isnt good enough to continue supporting this business. Service wasnt inviting. There was a man selling bootleg cds in the lobby of the restaurant. I know it isnt a give star restaurant but really.

Omg!!! The dressing was EVERYTHING!!! It was my 1st time here...... I ordered The 8pc chicken family special with 2 large sides Dressing, mac and cheese with cornbread. Everything was so good. Ill definitely be back.

I live for those collards. Its too bad they dont have them everyday and when they do they run out early. The food servers are the best but management (family-owned) can do better. The son is not friendly at all.

Good and fast service with excellent tasting soul food. No pork served or used in any of the vegetables and sides. Huge cornbread to finish it all off! No doubt my favorite place to eat! I love it!
