Visited this location this morning and was a little surprised at the treatment I received. Chic fila customer service is normally top notch. I noticed the two guys in front of me asked for their free biscuit,it was free biscuit tuesday. I ordered my number 5 and paid for it ,my cashier was an older lady with silver/grey hair. When my order came up I asked if I could get my free biscuit and was told I had to buy a biscuit to get a free bisuit. I laughed and left but spoke with management who advised me that was false info,all while I was in the parking lot. I returned and received my free biscuit. Manager was awesome,I have no complaints with her. It puzzled me how she pick and chose who should would acknowledge the promotion to.

I give this three stars due to the staff. With the number of customers on any given day and the horrible construction with the flow of traffic it gets very congested. YOU must be committed to eat at chick fil a if you turn in. The employees taking the order always ask what sauces and dressing would I like for salads. However they NEVER put it in the bag. I even asked and the kid who handing me my bag of food stated he put it in tbere. I removed all the contents of the bag and didnt see it. He watch me do it.

I took my grandchildren there today (twin 3 year olds). I cannot say enough good about this location. I wish I got the womans name that was working the floor. She was amazing. She helped me get the twins all set up at the table, placemats, condiments etc. Then when the kids wanted to head to the play area, she picked up my whole table and told me to go be a Gigi. I feel so bad I didnt get to tip her. Amazing service

The food here is always fantastic which is why it gets three stars. For the most the customer service is also good however I had a really bad experience here at lunchtime where a lady did not seem to care about treating kindly. She acted annoyed when she greeted me. What is worse she was dressed like she was a manager. I will probably return here but only when I have to. There are better Chick Filas in the area.

This place is always, and I mean always, a pleasure to patron. 9 times out of 10 the order is correct and when its not(which is rare) they go above and beyond to make it right. I mostly go in the mornings, and the staff is courteous and professional, but most of all, genuine. It seems like they truly care. The only thing I do not like about this location is the parking and entrances. You have to cross the drive through at both entrances to enter and exit the facility. It is very dangerous. Other than that it is a very clean, friendly and efficient. The staff is top notch.

I ordered two kids meal 6 count nuggets. my neighborhood chickfila will let us substitute the toy for a medium fry. my kids do not eat ice cream. this chickfila wiuld not agree to that. whats the difference? ice cream instead of toy or medium fry instead of toy.

These guys are fast! I have never been here when it wasnt packed full of people, but yet I have never waited more than five minutes to get the same great tasting food. Awesome staff that is very polite, clean, and efficient.

So disappointed no sauce was included with my nugget meal. They asked and I told them but not 1 made it into my bag. No ketchup for my fries either. Wont be going back there soon. Better service at McDonalds. :(

Best service ever, hardly any wait. Even at massive business time its quick and courteous. Drive thru will be wrapped around the building almost out of parking lot and still get food In like 6 minutes.
