Nothing at all. I was asked to pull up to wait on my order and waited an hour. Manager comes out and say oh sorry I will refund your money. Took my card and said she refunded and didnt. I been calling customer service for two weeks for my money and they keep saying the general manager gonna call back. Guess what its been two weeks and no call back. They customer service sucks. Im gonna go over there heads cause it dont take two weeks to call back and give my money. On top of waiting an hour I hear the drive thru cashier talking about why Im blocking her drive thru to another customer but never came out to see why Im waiting. Unprofessional . I am gonna dispute with the bank. By the way its the Popeyes in Stockbridge, Georgia off North Henry Blvd. I called customer service twice already so if they want call me back Ill put a claim with the bank for fraud. They will take care of it.

They never have what u want its never enough chicken cooked went there ordered a meal had to get spicy cause they had no mild n i dont like spicy food but when u r tired n hungry from work u try to make due n u dont want to complain but my goodness it was awful wanted thighs n legs had to get all legs chicken was dry n hard in the center u can tell its been there 4 awhile red beans n rice was so cold n greasy they didnt even put my order in a box it was in some kind of bowl with paper wrap on it n couldnt even get nothing to drink cause they said they ran out of cups n i still had to pay full price what a joke REALLY !!! AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT U GOTTA DEAL WITH BAD SERVICE THE PUBLIC IS KEEPING THEM IN A JOB N THEY ACT LIKE U R INCONVENIENCING THEM WHEN U POINT OUT WHAT THEY R DOING WRONG WHAT A SHAME IF THEY DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH PUBLIC THEN SHUT IT DOWN I WONT GO BACK!!!!

WORST POPEYES IN THE WORLD AND THEY MANAGER ON AUGUST 21 2017 @10 PM NEEDS TO BE FIRED I ORDERED A SPECIAL THAT CAME WITH 9 PIECES OF CHICKEN I ONLY GOT 4 PIECES OF CHICKEN I HAVE FIVE KIDS SO WHEN I GOT HOME I LOOKED AND WAS PISSED THE HELL OFF I WENT BACK AND GAVE THEM MY RECIEPT SO AT FIRST THEY WENT AND STARTING ADDING CHICKEN BUT I SAID I WANTED MY FOOD FRESH THEN EVERYTHING WENT DOWNHILL. I went in to buy dinner for my family. Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 of the 3 pc meals, white meat. I pay for my order and wait. The man behind me, an elderly man, placed his order and called for the manager to come turn a key to give the man a military discount. This man was in civilian clothing. I was in military uniform and was not offered the discount. Wait?? What?? Are you kidding me? When I ask about the discount, I was told that they could not re-ring the order and give me the discount. Then I got home. They gave me a breast and two wings. Wait a minute! I paid that much extra for an extra wing? Needless to say, I will not eat here again.

I love Popeyes however this place is very nasty. They managed to get my order correct but they also added a strand of long black hair. Very grossed out I went back there and told them a hair was in my food. They apologized and offered another of the meal I had ordered. I got back to the car opened it up and realized they cheated me of two pieces of chicken but said forget it and begin eating anyway then after picking up the second piece of chicken noticed another piece of long black hair underneath. Utterly disgusted and now feeling sick I threw it away and am going home. I wouldnt recommend this Popeyes to anyone.

Lousy and this place is nasty the managers are nasty especially mike I went thru the drive in and my order was wrong. Mike refuse to make it right. Every time I call to speak with the general manager he tells me that she is not in today will be in on tomorrow and if I call the next day I am told the same thing..... if you go here be aware of your order check it to make sure it is right they always get it wrong and they stay out of an item . I will never go to this Popeyes again the place is unsanitary....I will. report this location to the health dept......

Waited in drive thru forever for one two piece meal only to pull up & see some of the worst things ever. The employees are very unprofessional. One woman was working the front count straight digging in her hair scratching while placing & preparing orders in between. The floor behind the counter was completely filthy. Employees were running in & outside smoking, playing & ect. Only to return in without washing their hands. I saw one girl lick her figure to open a bag, then touch my box. I was done. I got a refund & left.

I ordered a 2 pc meal - white, spicy. I upgraded to 2 breasts, when I got home they didnt add the breasts. This is the 3rd time that they have messed up an order. I guess they forget their are other food providers who look out for their customers. If you want chicken, I would suggest avoiding the Stockbridge Popeys and go to KFC or Churches - at least you will get what you ordered.

Bought a 16 piece meal last Sunday. Got home and only had 6 peices of chicken. When I called they said it was packed right. I go every Sunday after church. Called corprate office, they sent $5. Coupon to make up for 10 peices of chicken missing. Never will I go to Stockbridge Popyes again. Check your order before you leave!!!

Popeyes chicken is good. Yet I cant remember a time where they didnt screw up my order. I order strips, I get legs. I order mashed potatos with no gravy, they make sure to add gravy. Ive ordered family meals on several occasions and half the time they dont give me the biscuits, while still messing my sides up.

The chicken is usually hot, crispy and good. Everything was on point this time except the green beans. My first and last time having them. They werent horrible but green beans are not one of my favorite veggies so to have them not taste good was a let down. I just wont order then again.

I had the same experience with this store not crediting my CC after waiting an hour for my food. Also, buyers beware, their fish dinner looks like a McNuggets Mighty Kids Meal @ McDonald. The cost is larger (astronomical) than the dinner so, take you black master card with you.
