1 review 1.0 star rating 6/4/2016 It was TERRIBLE! I have been here a few times but last time was over the top. While there waiting about 15 minutes, several (4) people had to get out of their cars and come in to get their order correct. The staff was rude, unfriendly and very unaccomodating. Once I finally got my order the lady snatched by bag out of my hand to verify it was correct. My meal for 3 people was over $30.00. Once back to the job site, the tenders were tough and warm/cold and the cookies were too hard to even eat. I opted to wait on the pot pies so they were good but the other meals were just terrible and the biscuits old. I wont go back. I have video of me and my son trying to pull the chicken apart. Waste of money. Dont go here.

I totally agree with the post above, they seem to always be out of grilled chicken, it happened twice within a couple of days, I asked to speak with a manager, so a shift manager came up and all he said was that they were grilling chicken all constantly, so i asked for his manager, and he said he was in so he went to get him, he came back with was a business card from the manager with the district managers phone number on the back, he must have thought that i would not call, but i did. All i wanted was to just make sure that my complaint did not fall on deaf ears, if the manager would have sim ply came out i would have let it go just by the fact that he cared about the customer, he must not; so i called the district manager.

This place is ridiculous. My wife and I banned it from our personal choices of restaurants about a year ago because our order was so messed up. Now she is pregnant and was craving mashed potatoes a year later. I literally pull up and order a large mashed potato, and two biscuits. How easy could it be. These idiots forget the two biscuits. And fast food workers want $15 an hr?? If they were my employees I would pay them $0 an hour. They are absolute morons and have no value to the marketplace. You have to put in sincere effort to be so stupid. I will never go back even if Im dying from starvation.

Not prepared for business needs, tables dirty, restrooms really dirty... Staff is nit prepared for demands of customers inside the restaurant. Love this location cause of the buffet and price but people could be more friendly and they need to work on the sanatation and cleaning up the dining room and restrooms.

The staff is probably on dope. Girl in drive thru had to of been tweaking- that or she really hates life and just has a pissed off look naturally. Most importantly the food was disgusting and the order was wrong. Im sorry but its bad business to have nasty food AND pissed off looking employees. Am I wrong?

This place never has grilled chicken. When you order they say it will be ready in 4 minutes. They have lots of workers but nobody working on orders. When you have a huge line of people waiting for orders, you should not have workers getting the condiments straight.

The last 2 times, I have been to your store, I have ordered my chicken Extra Crispy. Both times I have gotten orignal recipe.I will no longer visit your store. Maybe when Bo Jangles opens, I can get chicken, like I order it. I have been a KFC customer since 1967!

This has to be the worst run KFC I have ever been to. The place is dirty, the employees are worthless and have no idea how to treat customers. I have not once received the correct order when going in the drive thru. What a joke this place is

Really terrible service in the drive through. Blatant bad attitude from the window attendant as well as condiments missing and incorrect chicken. Couldnt really complain to anyone since were pretty sure the person was the manager.
