The kid at the drive thru last night was awesome. I told my boyfriend last night I dont usually leave positive reviews but Ill make an exception ha! This was the first time, they werent out of everything almost an hour to closing. I asking for the $20 fill up box, I ask if I could have that with out the cole slaw because when I went to the the Michigan Ave location they told me I couldnt swap it, he jokingly said hmm, I dont know maybe That gave me quite the laugh, my boyfriend too!. We then added on a 8 piece hot wing for 5 dollars, this is the only reason we didnt give the full 5 stars as we got home and it wasnt in the bag. BUT we called back and they gladly offered to replace it tomorrow and was very apologetic. BY FAR the best KFC experience Ive ever had ever had. Customer service was amazing!!!!!!!!!! Give that guy more coins.

My wife and I pulled into the drive thru at 11am one morning. We both knew it opens at 10:30am so we assume it was open. Remained at the speaker for 5 minutes. Not a single word from them. So I pulled up to the window and there was a worker fiddling with a box of something on the front counter. I honked my horn and tapped the window. He looked over and have this angry face like he didnt want to do his job and kept fiddling with the box. I stood there for a about 45 more seconds and he put the box down and came over to the window and said with an attitude, "what do you want?" I told him "for you to f@&! yourself, Im not buying anything here" and drove away. Since then, I have not been back.

We got we got the wrong food mind you we spent $50.00 and paid for the food and didnt get the other half of the food got home called they were going to replace order however every time we come here we have some type of issue rather its hard biscuits the wrong order are dried chicken meat so we requested a refund because we will no longer ever come here they told me know that they could not refund me or they couldnt refund the order that we didnt even get so were calling corporate and telling everybody we can tell that this KFC has the nastiest food service and the manager at door needs to go back and be retrained on how to be a manager and address the issues to the public

Absolute horror mess I have ever experienced from no clean tables, had to demand they be cleaned, service was a train wreck , food was over cooked, all waiting on their food was not correct, this place never changes and management does not care and oh yes employees walking inside from parking lot into kitchen without washing their hands.contacting corporate office and health department today.

I wont go back. Either this location get better management or shut down. One day we went and ended up in the drive thru for 40 minutes because the workers messed up our order, they were out of wedges, our drinks were lukewarm and they messed up how much they charged us. No apology was given. We gave them a second chance weeks later and they had run out of just about everything. Awful.

We went to the KFC on Michigan Ave in Ypsilanti,mi at 845 pm and they told us they had only chicken breast and nothing else because they were closing soon, they dont close till 10pm but wouldnt make anything else, this place has the worst service EVER and did the 1st time we went, we definitely wont EVER be going back there!!!

Went in on a Sunday afternoon around 4:30. The place was crowded the service was extremely slow, they lost, forgot orders, the staff was fighting with each other in front of the customers. It took me over 30 minutes to get my order. My question is where was management. The worst experience at a KFC ever.

WORST KFC EVER. THERE IS ALWAYS A LINE. THE FOOD IS NEVER FRESH. ALWAYS TAKES 35 TO 40MINS TO RECEIVE MY FOOD AFTER ITS BEEN ORDERED. THE EMPLOYEES ARE NEVER WEARING GLOVES. WHY ARE PEOPLE STILL COMING TO THIS DISGUSTING PLACE. THANKS TO THIS KFC, I AM BOYCOTTING ALL KFC FROM THIS POINT ON.

Food is good. But the service is always painfully slow here... and the contents of the order is frequently messed up. So, be prepared to wait and check your order before you leave. Once my mashed potatoes was just a cup of gravy. So when I say check your order... I mean check everything in it.

Food is as good as any other KFC, staff are very friendly, professional & courteous. The place was clean, but they really need more registers open during some peak hours. I got here at 4PM on a Wednesday & they only have one register open but I very long line causing a very long wait.

The service was absolutely terrible and the food made me sick. I work in the restaurant biz and I saw how unsanitary it was behind from the counter. Dont even waste your time going to this kfc, your stomach will thank you later.

Service by a friendly staff. They were mopping the floor, I couldnt quite tell why but it was slippery at 1:30 p.m. with no apparent spills, maybe wait... Food was exactly what youd expect.
