If ever there was a time where I had the ability to rate at 0 or negative stars I would use it for this KFC. The workers here dont care about their jobs and the owner(s) must not care about their business. Whether it is the owners or the workers making a mess of this place it really doesnt matter. Bottom line dont go here. It is beyond slow and they run out of "white meat" and sides every night. The drive through line takes forever and when you finally get to order youll find out that they dont have any chicken breasts etc. At that point you are stuck in the line with no where to go (so youll end up waiting for half an hour just to leave). The 2nd time I went (figured it was just a bad night the 1st time) they took my order and they didnt tell me, until I got to the window to pay, that they didnt have any white meat etc etc etc and that they would substitute it if I wanted. Its not that they dont just have Extra Crispy, Reg or Baked. They dont have any of them. It wouldnt be that bad if the workers were actually working. Instead they are messing around and not even really trying to talk to you. Theyre joking around with their co workers. Ive never gone off about a place like this but I dont want any of the other Single Parents out there to get off work, pull into this place and wait over an hour to learn that they dont have food for a basic 10 piece bucket etc.

1st and last visit here. Went through the drive thru because I had my 7 month old son with me. Their drive thru lane is only 1 lane with no option to get out. So if you have to, it means you have to go all the way thru in order to get out. I pulled up and the line was long, whatever, typical for a dinner rush however the line was going extremely slow and a car pulled up behind me so now I was stuck. My son was sleeping at the time so I figured I could make it thru. 20 mins later Im about to pull up to the window and I notice that the drive thru window is parking cars, as soon as I pull up my son wakes up and starts crying so now Im in a rush, sat at the window for 5 mins with money in hand and the girl never opened the window to take my money. Ended up getting fed up and drove off without food so now I got a pissed off son and Im still hungry. Its a piss poor design of the drive thru lane and piss poor service. Its fast food, it should not take 20 mins just to get to the window and pay just to get parked and wait even longer. Dont waste your time here, and get McDonalds instead!

Save your self the trouble. They dont listen. I pulled up in the drive through and I start to order. She they lady hears Im ordering more then one thing she tells me to wait so they can get it in the system. I got home and seen I was missing a whole meal. I call up and tell the lady who answer the phone. She ask me what I had and I told her. Mean while I hear she has someone on speakerphone in the back ground. She tell who ever shes taking to shes going to have to call them back. Then ask me to repeat myself. I did. Then tells me they did it charge me. I looked over my recipe and see they indeed did. Her words were "oh we did, Im sorry can you come back". I cant even believe that you just pulled crap out of the air like that. So unprofessional and not needed. I wont be back. If i were the owner of this store all of this staff would be replaced.

Worst place around! Ordered food and was told one price and when I questioned it at the window they seemed to of hit the button 3xs. ordered extra side never put in bag then to top it off I ordered 2 pieces of grilled chicken for my daughter that has a gluten allergy and told them to please put in a separate container by itself because of her allergy. Get home and after finding order was missing stuff I open her box and they put a biscuit in her box! Now she cannot eat this because of it being cross contaminated. I spent $60.00 for such a bad experience. I hope these people dont expect the $15.00 per hour pay.

I went to get a 20 dollar meal with an order of tenders in drive thru and a lady named Carole told me it would be a 30 minute wait on extra crispy so I pulled up and waited and by the time my food came out it was about 45 minutes. After all the wait they forgot the tenders, so as I came back inside after already waiting 45 minutes, Carole had solved the issue unprofessional instead of just giving me the tenders that I had ordered she insisted in telling me that she had already put them in the bag. This is the worst customer service Ive had ever experienced. Never coming back here again.

I spent $36 just to get home and realize half of my order was not in the bag..called and some lady gave me attitude..tried to tell me she could give me credit for another day..told her i live 20mins away..and went back to get what i paid for..upon me coming in the cook asked what i needed...told the cook who told the lady i had spoke with on the phone...her response was...I Am Off..poor customer service..ice machine was out of ice..also they were out of hot sauce..over all Bad Experience

Yuck! The chicken was soaked in greese. I asked for extra crispy but it was like mush. Plus because it took so long the guy at the register said he gave me an extra side, I got home their was no extra side. Thats bad business practice. Should be illegal. They didnt even put any honey in the bag for the biscuits. Never go here!!!! I went here recently and the place is run down and dirty.

Should have just went to the McDonalds next door. Crappy services and food either way. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the cashier because apparently she only speaks and hears Ebonics .. Finally got my food and it was wrong. Said something and she had the audacity to look at me like I was wrong. Wont come here again. Like I said save the surprise and go next door

Im not happy. I bought the family bucket. The biscuits were NOT cooked, literally it was still a ball of DOUGH!!! Im guessing the grease they use to cook the chicken in hadnt been changed all day. My chicken is DARK brown and gooey. The people are nice and the place is clean but I will NOT be going back. Its sad, I spent 22 bucks and all I got was cole slaw.

Worst KFC ever. My mother and i went there and the place was absolutely disgusting. The counter was sticky, where the iced tea jugs were, looked like they havent been wiped down in months. There was pieces off food behind the counter as well. When we got our food, there was a wig hair in my chicken little sandwich. And my potato wedges were undercooked.
