The GM - who was so proud to say it, messed up my girls order (which was for me) and tried to pass it off like she ordered it wrong. She said she looked up the burgers online (because she knows Im picky) and knew specifically to ask for my burgs w/no mayo or ketchup. Mister GM was apparently on the phone, and training someone new when she made the order. Of course the burgs arent checked and she walks out to bring them to me at school. I get the burgs, they are incorrect, we drive back for a refund/replacement and he tells us that he will only do 15% off on our next order...... I have the whole bag - burgers and all sitting in front of him uneaten. In ANY OTHER FAST FOOD PLACE you tell them hey you messed this up and they fast track you some new food. This dude over here actin like its our fault. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a new GM. The place is brand new but the dirt caked everywhere makes it look like its been there for a lot longer.

My favorite item on the menu is the medium buffalo wings. My boyfriend really likes the loaded fries and spicy chicken sandwich. Only downfall about this location is that every time we have been there they always mess up our order in some way. Also this location gets packed so be prepared to wait, the foods cheap and good so its worth it. Just make sure TO CHECK IF YOU HAVE EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU! Ive tried to call to complain about the service but the line is always busy even when it isnt busy. Hopefully the service gets better soon.

If I could I would have given this establishment a no star. All free tables were dirty. Only two tables in use. They used a dirty rag to wipe tables and the register counter. Crumbs on every available table. Service was friendly with one employee and when I went back for Ranch sauce they forgot the other employee rolled her eyes and turned away from me. Bacon cheeseburger was cold and fries soggy. Will not eat here again.

Horrible Service! Seem to not get anything right on my order then act like I had the issue. While waiting for them to correct my order, 2 others people came in regarding their order being incorrect. Food wasnt great, buns was super cold like it was just taken out the fridge although I saw the manager put them in the warmer. I wonder if it was actually on because the mentality of the restaurant is stuck on stupid.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 sandwiches and wanted both with no mayo. Both had mayo and when I called to them know, I was hung up on. When I called back, the manager asked me if I checked the sandwiches and if it was on the receipt, which it was. I even asked the worker at the drive thru twice for no mayo. The manager told me he couldnt take my name down so that I could come another time.

The food and shakes are still the awesome quality weve come to expect from Checker;s/Rallys. But, at this location service is god awful. It took 15m to get our food when we dinned in. Several times Ive gone to go through the drive through and gave up, because drive through traffic was backed up onto Washtenaw. This is sad, because we were so excited to finally get a Checkers out here.

Only thing that seems to be good is the Big Buford. They just opened and they cant seem to be able to cook fresh product. Working in fast food I know its possible to keep up on fresh product. This used to be one of my favorite places, but this Ypsilanti location is Ghettod out. I will continue to come. But only for one thing. They should retrain people of they cant get fresh product.

They were very rude, we waited in line about 10 minutes before being able to order. Finally ordered and waited another 5-10 minutes. Realized they forgot a fry...informed them and they demanded it wasnt on my order...i said I still wanted it. They made me pay $1 for frys...not a big price..but most places would have said "oh Im sorry, here you go!" Extremely rude.

Drive thru people did not listen or know how to operate the Mic. The first person asked what I needed. I asked for 2 bacon checker burgers. She asked me to repeat and also forgot to turn the Mic off. I repeat but, this time I can hear them commenting about me and my order. A man speaks to me now and asks me to repeat my order......I leave..you should too

POORLY ran! Awful experience all around. It took 20 minutes to recieve our food and the place wasnt busy at all! Several customers came in after me and ended up walking out because nobody was up front taking orders! Staff was too busy goofing off and didnt seem to care at all. One was eating a burger while taking orders through the drive thru

The worst district manager on the planet, dishonest, she wont even know how to deal with people. I even trie to call corporate office they transferred me so many times I got sick of it. I did some work for her at the store and she paid me 1/3 whats she owes me . ONE Star is to much for her how can you work for someone like here

Waited 20 minutes after ordering to be told our food was never made and the order was nowhere to be found. Literally the only customers in the restaurant at time ordering. Pathetic service for garbage level food. Management was kind enough to refund our bill after five minutes of searching for it. Dont eat here.

Really bad staff and service. The woman behind the counter had no idea what she was doing and had me wait like 10 minutes just to order before her manager could help her. Then people who came in after us got their food first. It was my first time going there and will absolutely be my last.

Decent fast food and service. My special order was correct. It took about 10 minutes for two meals with no one ahead of us. Fries were hot and good. Burger was surprisingly cool considering they just made it and we ate in. I assume they made the burger then dropped the fries.

This place is terrible. Broken menu tvs and the ones that arent broke refresh every 10 secs and you cant read them. Lobby has no condiment bar, had to ask for napkins and ketchup. Tables looked like they were cleaned with grease. Inside is also really loud.

Greasy floors, dirty tables, incorrect toppings on burgers. Not only that, but their digital menu flickers every 5 seconds making it extremely frusterating to even look at. Dont bother going to this location until they get someone who cares in charge.

Will never ever come here again. Drove 30 mins to get here to only find out this location doesnt serve the mushroom and swiss burgers. Back to driving all the way out to the Jackson location. Pissed. Waste of my gas and time. Left with no food.

Please do not go here for your own good. Ive never been treated so poorly by a fast food chain in my life. Ill try again in a year when the staff role over and management is replaced. Its a damn shame. Taco Bell is right next door.
