LOL I cant believe the comments Im reading about MY neighborhood Pizza Hut. Only because mine was similar but it happened on December 29, 2009, my daughters 16th birthday. That was THE last time I patronized Pizza Hut, EVER! Let me tell U about my experience on that night. My daughter loved Pizza Hut & no matter how I tried 2 introduce her 2 other pizza, she always wanted Pizza Hut. Me, not so much. So I decided 2 compromise & give her Pizza Hut as her dinner every birthday. Well, on this particular birthday, I had a coupon 4 a large 1 topping pizza 4 $6.99 so I was like, great! I dont have 2 spend over $10 4 a pizza I feel is not worth it. So when I get 2 the store, the people R so unprofessional, looking at the coupon as if I created it myself. I even asked them, is there a problem? Then the manager came 2 the window & asked me where did I get the coupon & I told him in the mail with the other promotional offers from restaurants. He was like, okay. I guess he went & verified it & they didnt want 2 B a participating restaurant. So I got my pizza, mind U, every other time I got a pepperoni pizza, it was full of pepperoni. Not this time. The pizza had about 10 - 12 pieces of pepperoni on it & it looked as if the staff had literally pulled some of the pieces off because there were bare spots with just sauce there & no cheese. I was so pissed that I told my daughter I was bringing it back, but it was a little late & my daughter said dont worry about it, Ill eat it. I was prepared to return it, get my $$ & coupon back & go 2 another one. So since I allowed my daughter to win that argument, I got them back my way. I ordered about $70 worth of food & gave them a cell number that I didnt use much & made them eat that. LOL They called & called, but I would not pick up. Thats what they get for screwing with me. I havent eaten or purchased anything from ANY Pizza Hut since & I never will. When I complained on their website, surprise, no response. Now I see all of these comments & it looks like nothings changed after 5 1/2 years. SMH I dont know how they stay in business. I enjoy passing them by going to Little Caesars who, IMO, are much better (3-meat) & cheaper. Pizza Hut doesnt realize that their customers are their best advertisers and its free. Good Riddance. I C I havent missed much in 5 1/2 years.

I went to pick up my online order and as Im waiting in the drive-thru, a customer inside is also picking up their order but walked out with the wrong order. The customer brings the order back in and they stuck the pizzas back into the pizza warmer as if the pizzas were never in the customers hand. I asked to see my pizzas before I paid to make sure she wasnt giving me the same pizzas that the customer had JUST brought back. She proceeds to tell me that they cant pass pizzas through the window and if I wanted to see it I would have to come in then she RUDELY slams the window shut in my face. She had the worst customer service & I wont be spending my money at this Pizza Hut location again!

less than 1 star. I think from 8;40 pm to 10:40pm is enough time to deliver a pizza HOT!!! But NO ....I get a room temp pizza this was not the first the last one was same temp and it wasnt 2 hours. I didnt complain that time. This time I called to complain the person was rude and kept putting me on hold thinking I would hang up. That just took me from being an unhappy costumer to an angry unhappy costumer. And they wont give a refund. The young man I finally spoke with was understanding took the time to listen and offered to make another but I dont want anything from this Pizza Hut. This store is the pits. And no it wasnt good after I heated it up just nasty. Lost me as a costumer

After about two hours of waiting I decided to call because when I played the order I was told itll be 45 minutes. I called to speak to the manager who wasnt really rude or anything she just didnt care obviously. When the delivery driver finally arrived 3 hours after I placed the order she claim she cant drive at night, even though I placed the order at 5pm when the sun was out. I wasnt even upset until she had the nerve to say "I dont get a tip". Very unprofessional staff. Guess thats the reason why you guys work at pizza hut!

My brother ordered online one evening and we were expecting the usual 30min wait instead it took almost 2 hours we tried calling to cancel but that didnt help because as soon as we called they said the driver was on there way....2hours late...:( that fustrated us because we had already told our Dad about the problem and he was on his way to get us something else to eat since the pizza was so late. When the delivery guy came it was like we send our Dad out for no reason.....

Horrible! I placed an order at 5pm and it wasnt delivered until 3 and a half hours later. The manager Adrian kept saying that the delivery driver would be there in a few minutes to no avail. They can not deliver a pizza in under 2 hours then get an attitude when you call and check on your food claiming their drivers have several orders. They need to find a more efficient way of running their restaurant because this is appalling. Theyve officially lost a customer.

Tameka has a bad attitude... Rolls eyes... Walks off... Didnt even acknowledge Me when i walked in... Because i said put anything for the name on the order ... I mean i only ordered a 4$ personal pan pizza.. Her behavior was uncalled for... Just glad ashley was there she was kind reassuring apologetic although she shouldnt have been the one saying sorry and she took my order thats the only reason i have pizza hut my lil 4$ because Ashley Stepped in

How do you stop delivering to a location 2.0 mi away from the store location? This has been happening four days straight in a row. Then the manger talks to you as if youre not a customer. I will never eat or use pizza hut services. Its crazy that they are the most expensive pizza company when it comes to delivery but have a waiting time of 1 hr. and 45 mins. to 2 hrs. that is crazy. This pizza hut needs to be shot down!

This is the most terrible pizza hut Ive ever encountered. They are slow ass hell. Im did it online because They are forever putting me on hold. I did that order around 8:20 it said itll be here at 9:07. Its now 10:08 and no pizza. Called them and she told me they only have two drivers and that they are really behind...they are always behind...smh. For now on, Ill go get my pizza because this is ridiculous!!!!

I placed an order over line and my order was to be to me within the next 45 mins but it arrived a hour and a half later instead. My food was cold and it turned out to be the wrong kind of pizza anyway .I called the store and the manager on duty acted as if she couldnt resolve this matter and i was told to call back later. I will take my money else where customer service was poor
