Recently, I have had 3 HORRIBLE experiences with their delivery--despite living 60 seconds tops from the location. The last one which occured 10/29/2016 went as follows: I placed an online order. The confirmation email stated that my pizza would be delivered at 5:33pm. At 5:45pm I contact PH to find out where my order was. I was told that it was out for delivery and should be there in another 10 mins. I LIVE LESS THAN 1 MILE FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. There is NO way it should have taken nearly that long. I say okay and continue to wait. After ANOTHER 15min, still no pizza. I call back to request a cancellation of my order to which Im asked nonchalantly "are you sure because its out for delivery it should be there soon." No thank you! I have gotten a COLD pizza twice before from this place, sure as hell wasnt going to have one a 3rd time. Im not sure WTF their drivers are doing when they are supposed to be out delivering food, but they have permanently lost our business. We will stick to Papa Johns and Dominos if we want pizza from now on.

I called two times the second time I asked the same order I asked the first time she said "sir you know we dont have that" and then she hung up then my brother ordered and gave him the order. So when they got here he didnt have change for 100 so I understand that but he lecture me about not calling earlier for change then I asked him if he accepted coins he said yes then when I tired to give him coins he dropped one and said that my dad would get change that he would wait but he said after all this he wanted a big tip.

Just got my order and regret it already, it looks horrible. This place sucks. she told me 35 min and I got it after 1 hour. Its a MONDAY. The young lady manager tries hard to maintain professionalism but simply sucks at it. She answers the phone saying "Hello"-- Im calling a business not your cell phone seriously. They didnt have a few toppings I wanted so I had to change my order. This experience left me annoyed and Im new to the area so I wont be ordering from here again.

So this is a take out pizza hut. My girlfriend and I went in there order a large pizza and then waited in there. After a while my girlfriend notice that they had a pizza box on one of those keep warm ovens and she ask me to ask if it was ours. So, I went and asked and indeed it was our pizza.... Like why would they make us wait longer? The large pizza looked more like a small pizza so we wont be getting pizza in any pizza hut place anymore.

I ordered food online and they called to ask me if I want my food, I need to come pick it up 30 min after I ordered. They were so rude speaking in Spanish about me and would not translate. The manager quintin was a joke, he gave me a bogus supervisor number. Oh and Im still waiting for my refund. This people are crooks and I hate that I gave my card number online. Seems very suspect. Dont trust them.

My first time EVER posting a review. I never had the opportunity to present my order because this store never picked up the phone. I then called the Buford hwy store and they suggested I should call the call center and that was it. All I receive was an " Im sorry" and left with a choice of calling Marcos Pizza.... Marcos definitely wowed me with their customer service and consideration of my issue.

Forgot Jalapenos on order. Then just threw them on top at the end and sent it out anyway. Pretty obvious they werent cooked, especially when they were on top of the slice cuts but werent cut themselves. Second time theyve done that. Any place that uses deceit as a standard practice is not a good place. On the other hand, the drivers are nice and on-time.

They are horrible ! It is the closest to my house so I have to order from this one most of the time . 90% of the time they forget items and or just dont cook the order right while in return blaming it on you somehow. Today will be my last day eating here ,and I love pizza hut .. I have honestly not experienced bad service at any other locations .

Customer service is horrible. Except for the one worker who went out of her way to help. But the young man thats also a cashier, horrible. Do your job correctly, and dont begin to lie. The workers just need more training in customer care. Customers are not friends . They are customers .

The manager just cussed me out and hung up on me five times before that just now. There is no excuse for any manager to act that way. I asked who his supervisor was and he said he was his own boss. Just because im white does not give you the right to degrade and humiliate me.

I called for delivery and the man I spoke with named Kyle, was very friendly and patient with me. He was helpful and seemed to have a true passion for professionalism and courtesy. Thank you for being awesome Kyle, Dominoes could learn a thing or two from you and Pizza hut.

Absolutely worst service Ive had from Pizza Hut!!! Ordered pizza an hour ago, call to check the status of it, get put on hold twice and Im told there is no order with my number. WTF! If a Frankie answers your call, dont bother ordering! He will screw it up completely.

Im tired of being delivered soggy pizza!!!!! Please thoroughly cook your pizza. Too much sauce, under-cooked cheese, toppings and dough. 3 times Ive experienced this with this restaurant. Im tired of biting into mush! PIZZA SHOULD NOT BE MUSHY AND SLIMY!!!!!!!

I always go to this Pizza Hut and yesterday the brownie I received was disgusting and old. I called to talk to the Manager Pablo who was rude and barely let me get a word out but I will not return here just because of the nasty customer service.

This is a takeout only location. I came on a Saturday evening and I found the staff to be very helpful and upfront about wait times. Even keeping my updated on my order when they saw me sitting and waiting. Would definitely come again.

Picked up a pizza here and you could see roaches coming from the restaurant plus the pizza was horribly under cooked. Soggy pizza is the worse!!!!!!! Do not get pizza here. Yuck!
