Dont trust this Pizza Hut. The driver brought the wrong type after waiting 45 minutes my husband pays for it, discover its a Cheese Pizza instead of a Supreme. The driver says I can take it back or give you a credit. My husband chose the credit. Now the manager says we dont have anything in our system stating anything about it. They convienantly didnt put it in the system. They dont honor their word. Wow BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I found out they have horrible reviews on Facebook. 14 (1) star for hated the experience and 2 (5) stars liked the experience. I wish Id looked before ordering. I dont like being lied to and cheated on.

I did an on line order so i wont not have any confusions or have to deal w/ any1 & 5mins later somewhere from the location called 2 say the wings i ordered was not available i said fine then i asked 4 bl chz to go w/ my wings they wanted 2 charge me .52cents for y when u didnt have what i wanted n i was willin to work with u i asked.Driver arrived w/ dry wings no bl chz or any other condiments.I went to the store only 2 argue w/ employee n left w/ no food nor my $ bck on my card til 2 wks later when i had 2 call n remind them.I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM them again, sad 2 say 4 such a small community in the 1st place

I usually dont do reviews but Im very unhappy with this order. I ordered online and didnt receive my order till about an hour later, understandably the driver may have gotten lost in my neighborhood. But when it did get here my pizza was burned and looked like plastic as well as my bread sticks. I called the store and they said the only thing they can do is offer a $5 credit for my just about $30 order. How about just a new pizza delivered! Never ordering from THIS Pizza Hut again. P.S My children wouldnt even go anywhere near this pizza.

I would have given this NO stars if I could. The service is consistently poor at this location. The food is also an issue. The staff there has attempted to sell burned or dried out pizza to my family on numerous occasions. Although Papa Johns is not my first choice, their service compensates for the product. HWY 20 operations is truly shameful!

Please dont waste your money this place is so unprofessional. The store stays nasty along with the workers. I wouldnt want anyone that looks like the came straight from the bed to fix my order. Service sucks...corporate will hear about this...This store needs to be closed...The manger is so unprofessional.....

I called asking about their specials and where theyre located and the girl gave me so much attitude like if she didnt want to be on the phone. Im not from here so I need to know where the location was much all she said was Highway 20 with a attitude . I had to say where on highway 20? Smh costumer service is BAD

I thought was getting a really good deal with the $10.00 any size any topping ad. The pizza was burnt, looked terrible and tasted even worse. It was so bad I immediately called the store in conyers (Ingles shopping center) to complain. Do not waste your money this is a bad deal at any cost!!!!

Manager stated ovens broke down and they are under staffed, 2 hr wait with 12 other customers, unbelievable. Employee walking around in back eating on cancelled pizza order !!!!!!!!!!!!

They are awful. I order pizza and get extra sauce and theres never sauce on my pizza. I send the wrong wings and the leave my toppings off
