Ordered 2 pizzas. Simple order. Went to pick it up and both pizzas were wrong. The guy wanted us to take the pizzas anyway. We had them remake them so we had to sit and wait an additional 25 minutes. And the order was still wrong. How hard is "no onions"?? Seriously. They tried to get us to take the wrong pizza again! Now were sitting here waiting again. Will never return here again. Horrible. Finally get the pizzas. The pizza without onions just had the onions picked off of the top. There are still onions cooked into the cheese. No discount or credit given. Nobody tried to make it right. Absolutely disgusting.

From tonight. Father-In-Law ordered pizza from here. It took nearly TWO HOURS for them to deliver because the delivery boy "Couldnt find the house." I will NOT be ordering from here again and will be contacting corporate about getting him a refund on it since they have already charged his card. Also, they made a second trip here because they "forgot" the two-liter of pop he ordered as well. If I could give this place 0 stars I would...

First... Service was TERRIBLE!!! There was 1 waiter for all 7 tables that were filled. After waiting to order & placing order it was 1 hour & 20 min before getting our food. Second... Pizza was Poor Quality! Undercooked & very little sauce & toppings! Very Dissatisfied!!! Sorry for the couple who walked out after they watched 4 other tables get served and they were the first to arrive. Very Poor Management!!!!

Every time Ive ordered from here my order is messed up or the food is bad. First time they got the pizza wrong. Second time the pizza was cold. Finally, decided to try again after a few years. When I called they said they were out of bread sticks. I said I would wait but when I got them they were burned. They need to hire people who know what they are doing... its not hard to make a pizza.

I arrived to pick up pizzas for my boss for lunch; he had called ahead and ordered. When I arrived at the said time, I was told the pizza was not ready. Then to find out it had not even been made or put in the oven. The customer service was very poor, very rude and argumentative. The food was good but I had to wait for an order that should have been ready. Very disappointed in your staff.

I thought I would try someplace different. I placed an order at the Alma location. They had to deliver it less than 2 miles. It took 1 an 1/2 hours to get here. I placed an order from Pizza Sams, I was able to place the order and go pick it up in less than 1/2 hour. That included the trip there and back. Never will order from this place again.

Service is terrible! We waited forever for our pizza, and when they brought it out it was made wrong. We had to ask to have our drinks refilled. The staff is loud and rude. We sat next to a table the was not cleaned at all in the hour and a half we were there. Definately will not be returning.

So i ordered a pizza from online. i had to wait for a hour. so when i got my pizza, it was cold and i found two pieces of cardboard in my pizza...my last order was bad because it was also cold and they got the crust wrong. never ordering from this place again.

The first time I ordered from here, the pizza was room temperature. Decided to try again a few years later and the bread sticks were burned and there was an olive pit on the pizza. By far the worst pizza place I have ever been to.

Worst, if you even call it a restaurant ive ever been too. I lived in this area a long time and finally had real pizza hut when i went to the mt.pleasant chain. Service is terrible and food is always wrong. Good luck....
