It was only ok because though the pizza was good, one of the cooks, for the 2nd time, decided to eat a slice without an invitation! No joke! I took a picture because this happened one other time & when I called the manager said she did not believe that happened. She offered to replace it or give a discount with the next visit (opted for the discount next visit - which I did not get this time btw) but insisted it did not happen. Well, it looked just like this then. I have not touched the inside of this box. This is a disgrace! And who in their right mind would think you cant see pizza missing just because they make sure the number of slices are there. Unbelievable! Perhaps pizza hut needs to pay them more so they can purchase the products themselves instead of tasting ours. Idk. I was offered a discount again. Perhaps one day Ill give them an opportunity to actually do what they said - I wont forget this time. Disgraceful!

Wanted to try the $5 sides, were told we could only do that if we bought a pizza at full price. It took almost an hour for our pizza to come out, and the sides never did come. The waitress never returned until she brought the bill (the pizza was brought out by someone else, also). I mentioned not getting the sides, which we no longer wanted to wait for, and asked if she could then change the cost of the pizza, since it was under the premise that wed get the sides (otherwise, we would have done the 2 medium special!). She said shed send the manager out, but that never happened either. She finally came out, and was willing to take off the cost of the sides, which was good, since we NEVER got them anyway. That was all they were willing to do. What a disappointing two hours.

I created an order online for carryout for a future time. However, it didnt give me an option to put in my credit card information online. The story was that my husband was going to pick up the pizza on his way home from work and bring it home since he works near the restaurant. I called the restaurant to ask if they could take the credit card information over the phone, and the girl stated that they have no way to enter credit card information manually! You would think in this day and age, every place with credit card technology would have the ability to manually enter credit card info. I ended up cancelling my order.

Their now owned by Corporate. They dont care about their workers. Some of the best Managers they had there were let go. Overall the food quality is OKAY but you would be better off taking your business elsewhere. They no longer offer decent specials and have removed half of their menu. Prices for beverages are through the roof and the quality of their fountain drinks leaves much to be desired. Would not recommend for casual eating, fast food stops or parties of any kind. Send a message to corporate, this garbage trend will not be tolerated.

The lady who took my order and greeted me was charming, friendly, and called me "hon." Her coworker was also nice. My pan pizza was good, and only $4.24, My only issue: no anchovies. Corporate needs to bring them back. Dont stock a ton, just a few small tins at each store for those of us who love anchovie pizzas! Interior is clean but needs brighter lighting. Overall a good experience. P.S. the store manager should consider a corporate discount for the big medical company next door. Hint hint.

Our bill was zero because we got up and left because they were so rude, we did not even get waited on after twenty minutes. We waited for almost ten minutes to be seated and we were the only family at the door, and right away they gave us attitude! All of the tables were still full of dirty plates and food and the patrons were obviously gone. The employees let you know that you were a bother to them! My worst experience ever! Pizza hut nanagement needs to get on the clue bus here.

Ordered from here last night and the food was disgusting at best. The pizza was all sauce, barely any cheese or toppings. I ordered the cheese breadsticks and again, more or less no cheese. I live roughly 5 minutes away and when I got home the food was luke warm. It tasted so bad that I just tossed it in the garbage and decided to write it off as a loss. Is every special thrown together as cheap as possible or is it always this bad.

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER!!!! And the workers could care less. While waiting for our order we had the pleasure of listening to coworkers arguing and yelling at each other. The website said we had a 15 minute wait. We ended up waiting for 35 minutes!!! More than double the time the website said we would be waiting!! And when we got home to eat the "pizza rollers" were burnt and they gave us the wrong sauces. Unbelieveable.

Eating here was one of the worse experiences I have had in a long time. It took 40 minutes to get our meal with only 5 other tables occupied. My pizza came first with hubbys meal and my daughter waited another 10 minutes to get her wings. Our waitress was new and should not have been alone. This place needs to get things together or it will be closed.

Service has really gone downhill. They dropped our entire order and after 45 minutes someone noticed and asked us if we have been helped. We walked out. 2nd time I have walked out of here never to go back again. Manager was supposed to send us coupons which never happened. Go somewhere else for pizza!

2 hour wait..... Frustrated. Food soft. Very frustrated. Dirty floors, old wood. Outraged. This pizza hut will never get another visit from me, get a complaint on website,get a manager complaint,and demanding a refund. Visit time 5:06 to 7:00. I have been to pizza hut in Japan and there is no wait.

Very slow, ran out of "all bread" at 7:30 pm on a Friday night. Couldnt order bread sticks, cinnamon sticks, cheese bread, etc. Sat for about 15 min with an empty cup waiting for a refill. Staff was friendly enough, just dont seem to pay attention.

The waiter was a nice guy but this location has gone down hill very bad. Took forever to be seated and then took forever to get a drink order. Place is understaffed. Assuming the franchise owner is a cheapskate.

Waited literally an hour for my one pizza while my girlfriend ate her pasta. When i asked about the status of the pizza they forgot to even put it in the oven. Had to wait an additional 15 mins.

The pizza has gotten amazing. I really like the new menu. Highly recommend the giddy up BBQ chicken pizza with the sweet BBQ drizzle! Store could use an update but overall I recommend.
