Like previous consumer complaints, I received an incomplete/incorrect delivery order after using their online ordering service. The delivery driver took over an hour to deliver my food, got upset when I did not tip him for the late delivery, then stormed off. I discovered that my order was incorrect soon after he left and immediately contacted the store. I was put on hold several times, and after detailing my situation to an employee, was asked begrudgingly, after having to repeat my self over a dozen times, "Well, Im sorry...what do you want us to do??" I told her that I did not want to have to figure that out--that I received something other than what I paid for and wanted my correct order. What is the protocol for that? The young lady put me on hold and had the manager speak with me. She was no better--Between laughs, banter, and giggles with employees in the background, she finally asks me, "Um, so what do you want us to do??? It looks like your order wasnt finished when the driver left, so he just picked up what was completed.." She suggested I drive to the store to pick up my order. I informed her that I paid a delivery charge online for exactly that--a delivery. I asked for my money back. She then apologized and continued to offer "store credit" for a future visit as an alternative but would not refund my money. I informed her that after this encounter, there would be no "future visits." She apologized again and then told me it would be up to another hour to receive my correct order that I had already paid for. I agreed to that and hung up the phone. Needless to say, my order NEVER came. The customer service here is the worst Ive seen in life. I agree with previous reviews that want to offer negative star ratings.

i had an issue with our car and couldnt go anywhere to get dinner on Friday night i called at 10:30pm and say i would like to order pizza for delivery the person on the phone tells me we stopped delivery at 9:30pm i said really on a Friday night? so she put me on hold for 7min and 21sec and finally came back and said we cant deliver so i said OK whatever so about a half hour later i thought why dont i order online so i did and it took 1hour to arrive when the website said 30min on the note of the order i put EXTRA PARM AND PEPPER and i even called after i ordered to make sure they bring it well the driver gets here and says i have 2 cheese and 2 pepper and i cant go back to get more since we are closed now that its after midnight i have never had such a problem with pizza hut in my life but after this visit i wont visit this location ever again the person on the phone refused to let me talk to a manager and couldnt give me her name or any information if i could rate this lower i would the food looked good although it was cold and didnt have double pepperoni as i requested online

OK I ordered on line they had a special 7.99 leg pizza 2topping I order that along with a coke it took my order a hour and 30 min to get to me after it said it would take 30 when it got here the pizza was cold and they forgot my pepsi ..so I called up there and the manager was very polite and apologize about the situation he gave me a credit to the store for how much my order came out to be 14.81 but he inform me that I couldnt use it online only carry out or delivery so I try the next day and I order the exact same thing for delivery and at the end I was charge a additional 6$ so I was about to pay until I thought about I was like how do I owe 6$ and its the exact same thing I ordered yesterday so he Went and got his manager Donna, who was so polite she told me that it was because I ordered online so she drop the 6$ dollar fee and the $2.99 convenience fee and the hold time she was apologizing and trying to make me feel better b/c of her I will be eating at this pizza hut often thanks again Donna for great customer service sweetie

Staff is ridiculously rude. I order online because I refuse to talk to them. I order my pizza, wings and fries and its takes over an hour for it to be delivered. The delivery driver then delivered the WRONG PIZZA. i called once before and was on hold for 20 minutes so I hung up, and called back. This time a girl answered the phone. I told her I was just on hold for 20 minutes and she said well our manager is working in the kitchen so thats probably why your on hold for so long. I also explained what the issue was and she tried to blame it on the computers. I told her its not the computer, I ordered online, my food was delivered WRONG. 15 minutes later, Im still on hold, and without my correct pizza! After this call, I will NEVER order from here again! I hope the manager has a better excuse.

i wish i had read the reviews, Basically the same problem as others, I ordered online and when the order arrived only the pizza was there. I paid for the pizza and tipped and he said the wings would come soon. After about 30min of nothing, I called pizza hut and I had to wait 20min to talk to someone. When someone finally answered they were never even told I needed the wings! She then says that she will send the wings and after a hr of waiting for that delivery nothing comes again. I called again and was on hold at 10:44pm and they are supposed to be closing at 11:00pm. I waited on hold for 15min and someone picked up and hung up. If you want to just enjoy a nice night at home with a pizza, wings, and drink dont order from here!!!!

We dined in and the food was perfectly cooked, but service was beyond poor. He for got to deliver part of our order to the table and then when questioned about it responded with "o, I forgot to ring it in , but you have more than enough food Im sure". Another customer came in an hour after putting his order in online and then was told it would be another hour and a half if he could just come back. Then when we left the phone was ringing off the hook with no one answering it while he complained about last minute orders coming in. Very unprofessional. The open sign was off when we left too; it was 10:30 and they close at 11.

Don the General Manager is a turd!I called this location 3 times they hung up on me. Then I get his dumb ..... And he tells me I called the wrong location ! Make a long story short the other location "she" refer me to said he was confused. When I call back to Don he lies and tells me he said he could either way which he did not state! He said he could take my order from his location just this one time! Pizza hut has officially gone to ish at this location. I would Love to shove a big box right up all of these unprofessional employees at this location. I pray they go out of business and Don sits on a nail! #shutitdown.
