Rude and unknowledgable employees! Called for one of their specials and the girl who answered was very rude and unprofessional. She was not familiar with their deals and refused to give me what I asked for. I walked in and no one even acknowledged me for the first 5 minutes i was there and proceeded to help customers who walked in after i did. I finally get someones attention and ask if they were who I spoke with on the phone and they told me to hold on. 3 more minutes and I grabbed her attention AGAIN and she told me she wasnt who I spoke with. So I told her the problem I had over the phone and she told me that if I knew what the deal was I should have told the person I spoke with over the phone about the deal. UNBELIEVABLE !! Why should I have to tell an employee about THEIR jobs menu and deals and on top of it have this lady tell me what I should have done instead of apologizing and trying to fix the problem. So I told her to just cancel the whole thing and she replied, "thats fine" with an attitude. I dont care if she thinks thats fine and it absolutely is NOT fine. So rude. So now Im going out of my way to the one in Lawrenceville on cruse road because they know what theyre doing and they answered the phone with great customer service. I will never return to this location!! Zero stars!!

Tried to order two pizzas for delivery and the pizza hut website did not take my order even though I triple checked my order and payment information. I opened an account and when I tried to sign in it would not recognize my password so when I called to order the pizzas, the guy who answered the phone hung up on me because I needed to know the price of the phone ordered pizza compared to the internet ordered pizza. He kept giving me the price of the pizzas with the delivery fee plus tax. When I explained this to him he just hung up on me. I am very disappointed in Pizza Hut and dont feel like ordering from there anymore after all the trouble I had today. Normally I love the pizza here. 2/18/20015 3:15 PM

Theyre absolutely pathetic with service. They couldnt deliver my tiny order on time on a slow monday evening because of their inability to be able to keep up with their job. When I called them, they said my order was delivered when it clearly wasnt. I had to have my food delivered 45 minutes late, which is just great because I needed more time to digest before I had to go somewhere. And on another occasion, my order was not delivered on time so I called them and asked why it wasnt delivered. They said my credit card was declined and "oops, sorry I guess someone shouldve called you." Absolutely pathetic. Just dont work there if youre going to inconvenience everyone.

I order two large pizza from this place I came and pick it up when i got home and started to eat this pizza I smelled a weird Oder coming from it so i had already bitten into it and started chewing then swallowed not even a sec later my mouth started getting watery like I had to throw up so by the time I reach the bathroom it came up everywhere!! I dont never throw up pizza cause I love it!! But after this i want never order from this place again!!! It takes a lot for me to vomit and that did it for me!!! Horrible experience!!

This restaurant restrooms are horrific! My wife used it and I used it. They both were so filthy that we didnt use them at all. However, the pizza is great and customer service it great. It just makes me wonder about the rest of the restaurant even though they had a 98 A grade. I still can not get the restroom filth out my head.

Well created an account tried to place an order to be deliver but it show that they can not deliver to the location I am at which it is about 5 complex down the road may be .2 of a mile. You can call in the order and have no problem getting your order place, web is pointless should fix it.

Used to love the pizza from here. But recently, it has been going down hill. What ever you do, dont order the sausage. Tasted like it was 3 weeks old, and the crust on the pizza felt rubbery. The only good thing about the place is the service.

Went for a carryout order. Was sitting and waiting for my pizza when I realized the girl boxing the pizzas had her thick long curly hair down and not up in a net. Found that a bit disturbing. Hope there isnt any hair on my pizza.

Yes, this Pizza Hut is one of the very last remaining dine-in restaurants. A true ancient relic, it should be protected at all costs. But seriously though, get that stuff crust pizza its the bomb

Customer service was on point BUT the quality of my $15 large stuffed crust pizza is not up to par!!!! Very disappointed that I paid for this! More like super thin crust.

Honestly, dinning in is the best. Not only do you get fresh pizza, but the costumer service is on point. This location is not busy, so the staff is always ready to help
