Walk in and cobwebs in the corners of the windows, absolutely filthy. New marketing stickers on the windows, so someone knows the corners are full of crap. This is a food place. I cant believe a regional manager hasnt been to this joint in a while. If they have, they should be canned and replaced. Nobody seems to care at this place. An 89 grade on the health department posting was obviously generous. I cant believe I actually paid for and took away food from this place. A customer goes to the counter while I wait for my to go order...attempts to place an order for a pizza and is told 45 min. He asks, really...? 45 min...the associate told him with a stupid 20 years old attitude, I dont know bud, thats what the computer says. I cant believe this place is in business... I havent eaten at Pizza Hut in 5 years...it will be another 5...should have learned my lesson, thought it would be different. Same crap last time, same attitudes, same disgusting restaurant. Pizza Hut, you have good marketing, Ill tell you that. Continue to hope that the majority of your customers are delivery because if they see where their pizza comes from, they would feel as I do.

I used online ordering for a delivery. The estimated delivery time confirmation e-mail showed 30 minutes. After 1 hour, I called the restaurant. I was told not to use online ordering as it doesnt match up to their delivery times. My Pizza hadnt left yet and would be here in about 20 minutes. When I did get my pizza (1 hour and 20 minutes), it was cold and squished. I asked the delivery driver to have manager call me. I did get call from manager, who was argumentative on the phone and advised me that the female I spoke with on my earlier call was actually the assistant manager. With this level of service from management at this location, I will take my business elsewehere.

I will give this place a zero star if there were an option. Hire someone that care and can actually read as well. None of my online orders were executed as I wanted even though my sleections were clearly printed on the receipt.The guy at the counter nor the people working in the kitchen didnt care nor showed any interest to correct the issue. If you hate your work that much, dont be there. Plain and simple. I am not getting my pizza for free so show some respect and decency for customers as they are the ones that actually pay for your salary.

Ordered a carryout pizza online and arrived at the time posted in the email confirmation. When I arrive they said they meant to call me, that they were out of the crust I ordered (even though I got the most common crust) and could make another pizza in 10 minutes. I passed on the offer and just went to Little Ceasars. They also had another co worker running around trying to fix something with a customer on the phone. This place does not have their stuff together, avoid if possible. The only good thing was that the staff was nice to me.

Ordered pizza from here for delivery while I was working (down the street) and the pizza was undercooked! Doughiest and palest pizza I ever seen. I call back the store immediately and i explain to the Manager my situation. He rudely tells me to come down and get a new pizza.. I go down to the store and get a new pizza and it was still undercooked, doughy and pale! I tell him that this isnt cooked pizza and he tells me that I should order it "well done" next time.. I have never ordered since from that location.

I have not eaten at Pizza Hut in a very long time. Now, I remember why! I was the only customer in the store. I ordered a supreme personal pan at 1258. the guy said 10-15 minutes. At 1327, I stood at the counter to see just what was going on with my damn pizza! He finally comes to the counter to say that the ovens are not working properly. WTF! The worst customer service I have ever experienced, never again!

Worst Pizza Hut Experience Agree with Alicia below, I wish I had seen her review before. I went to pick-up my order 15 minutes after my pick-up time and they said it will be 5 more minutes. I said the promised time was 15 minutes ago on-line and reply was do you want me to give you un-cooked chicken wings? On-line order to this location comes with a bad attitude Service.

to put it nicely, it was a craphole. i ordered on the phone and they said 15 minutes and i came and they didnt even save my order. the store itself was dirty, cobwebs in the corner, unclean counter tops, and the employee seemed over worked and almost rude. the pizza was okay, but did not justify the service at all.

Stay away!!! Worst customer service EVER. Pizza was delivered late, garlic bread was burnt, pizza was uncooked, and when we called the manager, he refused to amend the problem. The man was unbelievably rude and would not refund the money or make us a new order. Stay. Away.

Horrible service. Still waiting for pizza to arrive after almost 2 hours!!!! Store doesnt pick up and call centres dont have a clue. Never gonna order from Pizza Hut . Only Dominos from now on. #pizzahutsucks
