2 medium pizzas, arrived late, ordered extra cheese on both, they came with the smallest amount of cheese Ive ever seen on a pizza. The white pizza with spinach had a handfull of leaves thrown on top, not cooked, raw. Completely unappealing, inedible. Called back, the order taker hung up. Called back, asked for manager. Kirby/Colby said he would take it off my card. Thanks, but wasnt looking for free pizza, Im looking for good pizza. If you dont let them know, they cant fix it, right?

Placed online order at 6:40 pm totaling 94.00, its now 9:09 pm and still no food, no courtesy call nothing! We called at 8:00 and was told our order is next for delivery and that they only have two delivery drivers (Guess thats the customers problem)! When calling person was rude and inconsiderate. This location either needs better management or to shut its doors permanently. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. Its now 9:11 pm and still no food, and 5 hungry children that still havent had dinner

Awful! The worst Pizza Hut. Nothing but problems from them and they do nothing to appropriately fix the problem. This latest bullshit the dude dropped the entire freaking pizza on the ground and the pasta and brownies were smashed and sliding out of the container. Called the store and the manager gives us some bullshit oh we dont deliver out there anymore. 6 miles from the store and you dont deliver? Ridiculous and the last straw for us, never ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Horrible. I ordered a pizza with light sauce and extra cheese. When I received it it had extra sauce and no cheese. When I called back the employee on the phone told me to "get over it". I was extremely disappointed. I will not be coming back to this Pizza Hut. I also told the guy on the phone this and he said "one customer wont change my paycheck". He was very rude I do not recommend this Pizza Hut at all.

It takes multiple calls for them to answer the phone, when you arrive they dont even say hi to you, the employees look at you like your a bother. And they dont care about how long you have to wait. Be prepared to WAIT if you order from here. My order was sitting there for at least 10 minutes before they gave it to me because they were to busy pulling out other orders for customers that had not arrived yet.

I have had problems with this location before. Today seals the deal. I WILL NEVER EVER order from this location again! When I placed order I was patched through to a call center. The call center said order would be delivered in 35 minutes, well 2 and half hours later........ no food. Called an hour ago and was told "oh the driver will-be right there" Called again.... Same response. Still NO PIZZA.

Im giving three stars because the food showed up. Multiple times now, Ive had food brought to me at unsafe temperatures. 110°. This time, the pizza looks like a toddler kangaroo cut it with its feet. Sure, they give you a credit, which just means my next cold order is free. Pizza hut needs to figure out how to get hot food out for delivery.

@Carrie Segman "Cant fix, it if you dont tell them" Pizza huts spinach is called Fresh Spinach for a reason. Unless specified, the spinach will and always will be put on the pizza afterwards. They cant fix the problem if you dont tell them in the first place.

Every time I order from them it is on time and hot!! Tried the other guys once, it was cold and their response was we can not deliver out there and it still be warm. Pizza Hut does!
