Worst Pizza Hut (worst pizza place in general) ever!! I love Pizza Hut overall but the workers here are so slow and apathetic... This location needs some serious changes. We waited over two hours for one pizza. We called after an hour and they assured us it was on the way and then we tried calling back after another hour and they wouldnt even answer the phone. I wanted to cancel my order so I could just go to bed but I couldnt get in touch with anyone. It was infuriating. So I continued to wait.... 2+ hours on a Monday night for one pizza, our driver finally arrives-stoned out of his mind. He pulled up coughing and could barely make full sentences. This place needs a total overhaul. Do not call this Pizza Hut

This location makes a decent pizza, consistent with most pizza huts but often takes a long time . We are trying the pasta for the first time with their special Tuesday promotion, so well see how that is. We ordered in advance online and they called us 15 minutes before our scheduled delivery time to advise that they were out of the lasagna. We took the less savory substitution, meaty marinara, and they did agree to send extra breadsticks for the inconvenience, but only after I asked for them. The driver came within 15 minutes but forgot the breadsticks. Said hed be back in a few...

I had to give it a star in order to leave a comment but I would actually give it nothing, worst place EVER! I place my orders on line, they never deliver on time, ever! They dont have a way to treat costumers. One time o ordered and I didnt have it delivered because the driver couldnt find my house! He was calling me like so many times for directions I just told him I didnt want it anymore! the only reason I order is cause I like the stuffed crust, but I rather go to the one in Lilburn

I placed an order at 9:30pm for delivery and it said it would get to my house at around 10:06. I waited for an hour and decided to call them but nobody answered. I checked my bank account at around 11:30 and saw that they had returned my money. They didnt let me know or anything and I was just there waiting for the food. I am highly upset and I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. Worst Pizza Hut ever.

This Pizza Hut is the worse. Im not the best tipper but I do give a decent amount upon my delivery. When I call they always say 1 hour and 45 for deliveries. And it takes that long sometimes even longer. They need some help my husband hates Little Ceasers but he will eat that before he waits in Pizza Hut and everyones in the house is sleep waking up to eat.. Please help this location!

worst place to order a pizza from. they want to argue with you instead explaining their deal. i called to order and normally there is like a large special all the time and i wanted to see if they have that but instead of telling me yes or no this employee wants to tell me "be quiet for a second and listen to what i have to say if u wanna order a pizza". i was like wtf

My order was an hour and a half late. When I called to get the status of my order there was no answer. I had to call the location on Chamblee Tucker just to get some one to get in contact with that location. When the delivery driver finally comes, there was no apology for being late or explanation. Plus the wings tasted as if they had set out all day .

I see why this location only have 2 SMH wtf I ask the man will my cheese bread be fresh his answer yes...And what I get some dried up ass bread wit cheese on it have had wayyyy better cheesebread and then bring me the suppose to be large for 7.99 man that medium ass pizza I told that boy yall getting over like a fat rat!!!Never again for me

The attitude at this location. Is really fu@@ up my driver. Had. A attitude my bread sticks where not cook then look like somebody drop or step on the bread sticks . My driver name was mainesh. He argue. Back and forth with me about my address. Bad customer servers

Delviery service is good. Tradtional Wings are good and the Pizza is good. No real palce to eat inside so either get it carryout or order delviery
