Waffle House is less than a mile from my house, so we go there a lot. Different times on any given day. We went there on 7/24/2016 at around 1:15-1:30 pm. We went inside, only 2 booths were occupied. No one spoke to us. We seated ourselves, and looked at the minue. And waited, and waited, waited, and waited. 5 minutes went by, only a few more people came in. 8 minutes later, nothing. Still, not even 10 people are there. 10 minutes went by.... Nothing. I was looking around and watching all the employees. I was waiching 1 particular waitress, which was feeding the juke box. Then went back around the counter, and was just standing there. And stood there for a long time. The couple in the booth behind us, left. The waitress went to clean the table, and it took her 5 minutes to clean it. When she was done, she want back to the end of the counter and stood there. By this time, we had been waiting for someone to greet us and take our order, for right at 20 minutes. Well, finally she decided to get some silverware and napkins and headed toward our direction. I looked at my spouce and watch, and said... "25 minutes". Well, she finally greeted us and gave a lame excuse for why it took her so long to get to us. All the while, I had been watching her. My spouce and I looked at each other and got up and left. We ended up going 12 miles down the road to yet another Waffle House. Which was a completely, totally different experience. Vivian was our waitress, which was wonderful to us. I am a 28 year, retired waitress. I personally know the tricks of waitressing. And that particular waitresses performance wasnt acceptable, not to me. I had to support 2 kids on a waitress salary. So I know I had told do a good job in order to get gratuity from my customer. I enjoyed my job, and was very good at it. Oh it had its perks, but what job dont. We WILL NOT be going to that particular location, until that particular waitress is no longer there. I thought you should know how your employees treat people and represent your Company. Thank You

Great food, as usual. Fresh and hot. Night is always the best time to eat there. It opened very recently, so it is always extremely busy. We ate there at about 8-9 PM and all seats were full. We had to stand, among others, and wait for people to leave. This was on an average night, not a holiday or anything. Oh and of course: the classic Waffle House AC. Overall, great food, long wait, and wear a sweater.

As far as Waffle Houses this one is great! Its clean, the service is always friendly and fast. The servers really go out of their way for a pleasant experience. The food is fresh off the griddle. If you want fancy biscuits and gravy go somewhere else! If you want fresh waffles, hash browns and bacon you are in the right place!

Walked in an it was smoker than a bar, I told the fool wearing a stupid hat and gay wallet chain and dancing around like John travolta, that if they cant figure out where the breaker was they needed to call a manager, they shrugged there shoulders.

The waitress here was very helpful m friendly. My very first time at a waffle house and it was AMAZING. Its like home cooking. Very good. I will recommend n return. Corisa our waitress is great n very attentive. Waffle house Jackson, Georgia.

Great Waffle House! Really Nice Staff!! To bad the PARKING for trailers had To be stopped because they said the semi drivers were leaving their TRASH and bottles of PISS and Bags of S**T!!! SAD!! Truck drivers are NOT what they used to be!!!

If I could give it 0 stars then I would. HORRIBLE service. RUDE waitresses. Only 7 people in the dining area and took almost 45 minutes to get our food. Waitress only checked on us once. Will not be returning here.
