I would say the cook will have to take pride in their work/skills, as people we look at food appeal and then smell and taste to form our opinions of the food we eat. The appeal of my simple fit veggie omelette was overly fried and dried with bubbled spots everywhere. Looked like the edges of a fried egg, but the whole omelette was like that. Watermelon slices both times were a little old, they did try giving me a new batch but still they were old. The manager took the time to ask how my meal was and i was honest and she made it a point to inform the cooks of the issue, plus she went above and beyond to ensure id be satisfied. Customer service from server to manager made me give them 4 stars because a different cook could change my opinion next time i visit.

This IHOP needs to shut down manager and servers are rude . My server Roberta is the worst server I have ever had I usually go to this location and I am always trying to avoid sitting in her section ,but unfortunately she was my server today .very rude dirty attitude needs retrain or go find another job this server discriminate between guests she was treating the other table nicely but with me and my 8 years old son she was horrible. I could take a brief survey and contact the corporate ,but thats not going to change any thing. I will never go back to this dirty environment again they are really bad in customer service .Hopefully her Boss read that and do something with this rude women.

Our server was great. However, we waited about 10 minutes for a table in a rather empty restaurant. When they saw my husbands service dog the wait got longer. When we finally got a table the MANAGER put us off in a corner of the restaurant not being used. Nevermi d there were plenty of places for us to sit with the other customers. Instead we were shoved off in an area by ourselves. While our server was good the MANAGER chose to put us there making my husbands walk even further. He is disabled with mobility issues and he was having issues just getting into the restaurant. Does management treat people with wheelchairs this way or is it just service animals?

My son and I had dinner at this IHOP and it was a terrible experience. We arrived at 5pm on a Sunday when it wasnt busy. I can only recall two other tables with diners beside ourselves. It took 10 minutes before a waitress took our order. We had coffee and omlettes over the next 90 minutes. The waitress got both of our orders wrong and then argued with us about them. When we checked out, I complained to the manager who took 10% off our bill. I feel like he should have comped one of the meals if not both. Skip this one and go to the Dawsonville IHOP. The service and management is much better there.

The hostesses here need a few lessons in protocol. They way seatings are supposed to work is that your party party gets seated ahead of parties that come in after you. They dont seem to understand that at this IHOP. Came in before noon with a party of four, including an elderly woman who needed a table instead of a booth, waited nearly 30 minutes, and saw several parties (including one of 10 that came in after us) seated ahead of us at tables while at least three tables were vacant. Just another Forsyth County restaurant to cross off the list of places I will do business.

The food and service has always been excellant. I have been going there for 2 years and to read the other reviews someone is either mad or trying to get back at the IHop. The service is far superior to most places I have eaten at , they go out of their way to give the best service. Also to say that the nationally of the owner makes a difference, whoever wrote that has a problem . Grow up . Most people I have talked rate the IHop at Market Place as a friendy place with good food.

I went here to celebrate my dads birthday and the hostess and waitress were terrible. I can honestly say we arent going back because they decided it would be funny to sit 2 booths away from our table talking about me. They were copying what j was saying and laughing about it then proceeded to talk about their personal life rather then check on customers and refill drinks. :)

Horrible service. The chocolate milk was horrible. I didnt know if the server made the chocolate milk horrible intentionally. I waited for over 30mins to be attended to when they only had 2 tables in the whole restaurant. After our food was delivered the waiter never returned until asked for my tab. I found a better ihop on Medlock bridge at Johnscreek.

My favorite Ihop location. I always get excellent service here and the staff is always friendly. I never have to wait and the place is managed very well. I always come here whenever I am craving crepes or breakfast food. They make the best crepes out of all the Ihops. My favorites are the New Berry Berry Crepe and the Chicken Florentine Crepe.

Slow service, they seem understaffed at this location. Food is OK but wait time for drinks and food was a bit long. Update: We went there recently (July 2017) and they have hired a lot more staff and we had a very good experience so I upgraded my rating.

I have never had a problem at this iHop. The highlight of all my visits here was when our sweet waitress who was still very young and new to the job was dashed on. We felt really bad for her. People can just be so rude. I have never had bad food here.

Service was quick and friendly. The place is very clean and inviting. The food was excellent from the way it looked to the way it tasted. I had the Colorado omlet which was really good. My family and I would definitely eat hear again.

Very good service and the food was top notch. Went with a toddler and the service was quick enough that he didnt get bored. Plenty of napkins were provided for the oops moments, and the smiley face pancakes made with fruit were a hit.

Good place for breakfast. The cheeseburger​omelette is good and my go-to. Can be very busy especially on weekends and holidays. Pancakes are great, but creaps dont usually meet expectations.

Food was good. Service was awful! Server (Brittany) needs either major training or another job. Seems clueless on ths computer, screwed up our order, and was unattentive!

The "managers" are horrible here. The wait & check out set up is ridiculous. I dont recommend going there if you want to spend your day doing other things!

Always packed on the weekend. Service is really hit or miss. Pancakes, waffles and French toast are usually really good, but their eggs taste like rubber.

We ordered hash browns with onion believe it or not the raw onions were put on top? The order was incorrect bacon under cooked. Basically not good!

I think all IHOP should have fruit punch on their drink menu because lot of people cant have carbonated drinks and everybody dont like lemonade
