Received something different then my order, initially was denied a refund, called taco bell corporate twice and then received a refund. On 5/16/17 I visited this taco bell (Franchise) location and ordered a drink ( during happy hour ) and two burritos. I noticed I had been charged the non-happy hour price for the drink and received a refund correcting the drink price. When I got home and tried each burrito I realized they had both been made massively incorrectly and called the store to speak with the general manager. She told me she had been making the food when I visited and had received no order like that. She further claimed she couldn’t find my receipt in the register and none of the employees I described to her remembered me. That night I sent an email to the store using taco bells website contact information. I saw the store number matched the number on my checking account hold. They didn’t contact me back and I had to call and speak to taco bell corporate twice (over a few days) before this franchise location contacted me. On 5/27/17 they called me and I received my refund that morning and I was offered a free combo by the manager. The manager spoke to me politely on this visit. Overall my experience was incredibly frustrating. I did everything correctly when at the location. I didn’t receive what I ordered and when speaking with the manager I was treated with suspicion and muted hostility. I had to call taco bell twice before this franchise location responded to me. This is not a place I’ll be visiting in the future.

Stopped in today to grab a few items from the menu, There was NO line inside & NO one was at the counter to greet me or take my order. (See photo I took) I waited for about five minutes, finally the cashier working the drive was directed by the Mgr to take care of the front counter too, basically having him run back and forth..... Ordered my food, while waiting... multiple people came in and waited to get their order taken, same thing happened to them...... NO one at the counter. I luckily received my food, but the customers that came after me walked out empty handed & very frustrated.... Ill definitely choose a different location in the future for Taco Bell.

Worst taco bell Ive been to. Customer service is horrible all around. Here are two great examples: 1. I walked in one day after work around 3pm. There was a long line. No one was at the counter and it looked like there was one person in the back. One of the customers looked at me with a frown and said, "Dont waste your time. Its been like this for a while." So I left and got Wendys. 2. I waited in their drive-thru for 40 minutes because their drive-thru box was down. They took each car one at a time, they made no attempt to make it right with the customers, and they didnt give me my receipt.

Just went there and the so called manager (Tre) became sarcastic as soon as we ordered. He continued to question the food we were ordering as a family and when I confronted him on this sarcasm he never backed down from the sarcasm as if he did not care. I understand times are hard and jobs can be frustrating but all I wanted was to pay for food and leave. We ended not ordering and I was surprised how many ignorant and immature employees that are hired at Taco Bell. The sad part is a good chance that someone deserving was probably passed over this so called manager.

I work down the street from this location. I have gone on several occasions after work. My store closes at 8. I ordered the cheese pizza and bread sticks. Two times out of at least a dozen times I have gone they were out of cheese pizza. They didnt offer an alternative. Whoever is in charge of ordering should try harder to order enough food to make it through the night. As it closes at 2 8:15 is very early to run out of food. The drive through took at least 10 minutes each time and It sometimes took them awhile to get to my order. I wont go back

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! I bought combos online and they didnt believe me!! The worst thing is that the charge me!! I showed my bank account and I didnt receive my food. So they charge me and nothing I didnt have my food!! And my server! OMG she told me that she was going to call the manager and when I wanted to talk with him, she told me that she was the manager !! That happen today 02/05/17 at 8:00 one hour later no money no food!

whoever manages this place is not doing their job. They baisically manage to mess up my order everytime. On top of that they cant comprehend the fact that certain food items cant be eaten with hands. so on top of my order always been messed up I get no forks or spoons. Its been about 5 times this has happened and Im finally fed up to where Im writing a review. this is why you dont make more than minimum wage

We waited seven minutes in a completely empty restaurant for service, got up charged on our tacos, and the tacos they gave us were wrong. My husband went back in and kindly asked for our money back and the manager yelled at my husband saying she wouldnt give him his money back and he could wait a couple more minutes. Never coming to this establishment again, and if you were wise you wouldnt either.

The young lady kept telling guy how dirty and nasty he was as she forgot to shut the window, all the way as they both were in back doing God knows what to food, I herd her repeat saying you dirty and nasty people going to eat that food. The devil is a liar that mess will be going back.. They both were very unprofessional and childish. Thank God I turned down my music and listen the whole time,

I went through the drive thru and the person working there had an attitude like they didnt want to be there or like I was bothering them. Not necessarily rude but not polite. I miss the days when employees were trained to care about the customers and be polite. Its a real downer being served food by someone who seems so annoyed. If they have that attitude how do you know your food is safe.

This location is trash. Waited ten minutes at the counter only to ask if any one was going to acknowledge the growing line in the lobby, thats when the drive thru cashier started with an attitude. On top of that they claimed to run out of ground beef. On top of that Ive visited that location before and they were out of Mountain Dew... all of them. Worst location Ive ever visited.

Ive been sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes. I made eye contact with one of the girls who was smoking outside as I pulled up and no one has even tried to take our order even though Ive pulled through twice. I called and no answer. They close at 2am and it was well before 1:30 when I first got here. This is ridiculous and whoever is working should be fired.

I got food poisoning from this place. Beware. Ill never go back to that location ever again,the hard shell tacos were wet as if some had thrown water on them. That same night, I started throwing up. Went to the doctors office the next morning, long and behold. Food poisoning, do your self a favor. Stay away.
