I drove up at 11:59pm to get some food. As you can see by my picture there were several cars ahead of me. In an instant i was one car from the ordering station. I had my window down and could hear a woman yelling "were closed". I was shocked by the statement since hours posted were until 1:30am. I pulled up and sat in front of the menu and waited..i was greeted with "excuse me, were closed, WERE CLOSED". I left annoyed but figured it was legit. I called when i got home to find out what was up. I spoke to shift manager who flat out told me i was wrong there was no way that happened. What i did not tell her was that i recognized her voice. She was the person over the intercom yelling at people. Poor form. Poor leadership. No wonder machines will soon be filling these orders.

I never been so upset about getting tacos until last night when I used the new online ordering. I knew that this location is the worlds slows restaurant ( slower then the DMV on a Saturday morning). I wanted to save time so I Ordered my food 15min before getting to the location and sat inside for 25 minutes to get my food. I asked multiple times where my online order was they tell me I only ordered 10 minutes ago. At that point I been standing there for 15 minutes. The worst part is I still have to go there because I really injoy Taco Bell and they are the closes to my home. I wouldnt care if they never spoke or just yelled at the customers I just want my fast food fast not tomorrow.

It was super weird. I couldve sworn the sign said closing at 1:30 a.m. on the window. Oh wait, it did! And they had the drive thru closed and a young lady said "we are closed" to which I replied "what?" And was given a "...sorry". Really disappointed and pretty sure its against the law to close the store before official posted store hours without some sort of genuine message explaining why (holiday, etc.) Hope this review makes its way to management! I stop by every week but not anymore.

One of the slowest Taco Bell in Georgia! Seriously, I waited almost 30 minutes for 10 crunchy beef Tacos. Whats worse is they usually mess up my order by leaving out stuff I ordered. I had to return from the drive-through, walk in and have the front clerk fix my order 3 different times! My suggestion is if you are able to, go somewhere else, and save yourself the frustration.

Slowest Taco Bell on the planet. Seriously. Consistently slow whether it is 2:00 in the afternoon or 11:00 at night. You will wait FOREVER for two beefy five layer burritos and a freezie drink. I have no idea what the problem is, but its been like this for years. I would never go here but occasionally my 13 year old daughter NEEDS Taco Bell and its the only one convenient.

Slowest Taco Bell youll ever goto. I literally had 1 taco and they made the food for a large group in front of me instead of making my taco first. I live close and have been many times and Ive never been to a slower one. They need new management here bad. People always drive out of the drive through to Wendys next door because it takes so long.

Update: Going at night between 9 and 11 has almost a guaranteed wait of 15 to 20 for your food. Dunno why but seems to be worse and worse. Original: I love this spot but sometimes can be slow at night. Orders are correct most of the time. Staff is always polite though which keeps me coming back.

I love Taco Bell and would never discourage anyone from eating there (unless food was really bad), but service here is very very slow. I think they try to do their best for the employees they have on board, but I try to avoid this taco bell unless necessary.

The most awful tacobell of all is freedom parkway they suck..the managers there is not helpful and that the food was messed up and messy and this boss name lenelle is very rude..dont ever eat at freedom parkway shes a horror

Slowest Taco Bell drive thru out of any Ive been to. It used to not be as slow. I still go because its near my house. 20+ minutes from box to getting our food and leaving.
