I enjoy going to Einstein bagels. The service can be hit or miss as one reviewer noted. However, the food is great and I like going to get coffee and waiting for my freshly toasted bagel. My favorite is the lox bagel. I prefer the food and atmosphere to Starbucks. I also like the fact that their wrapping is eco-friendly. They do have wifi but I dont use it. If I were the corporate leaders of Einstein bagels, I would look into improving the efficiency of ordering and collecting money. The current system is not as fast as some customers expect, and I think that the customers like getting their drinks right away even if their food is not ready. Also, I would look into more intimate seating and lower lighting similar to the recent McDonalds upgrades.

Sitting area not kept clean or even somewhat trash-free. All four coffee dispensers and two tea dispensers were empty. Womens toilet was broken and unusable. When I kindly let someone behind the counter know I was just given a blank stare like I was some snotty customer complaining about the ambience or something. The only other option would have been standing by the coffee with the cup I already paid for and waiting for it to spontaneously make itself. Note this was the second time I came after an awful first experience as well but decided to give it another try because sometimes places just have bad/off days. But thats clearly just the norm here. Never going back and disappointed Ive already wasted over 30 dollars at this place.

Waited for about 20 mins before they approach me a said they out of the bagels that I already paid for, very unorganized. Such a huge waist of time never going back and will never recommend to anyone. We had ordered when they had a bunch of bagels, they forgot my order and when I ask they said they were out of that bagel. I asked to get a refund for my one bagel and they refunded the entire order which is not what I asked then expected me to wait in line again to re order. What a joke horriable experience. Wish I could give them 0 stars

At the age of 15, I had my first bagel in New York City. I was hooked! First time I tried Einstein Bros Bagels, I totally forgot about NYC!! They offer quality bagels (great variety) at reasonable prices, and the friendly, efficient staff makes the experience that much better! In the South, there are none better than Einstein Bros Bagels - and this location is convenient from every direction. Highly recommended!!!

Just moved to a neighboring town not too long ago, and this location is by far one of favorites already. They keep it extremely clean and the staff is always friendly and service is timely, a lot better than ones ive been to in downtown atlanta and on monroe. Wish they had a drive thru, but all else is great!

SLOW staff- poor customer service. I waited 10 minutes to buy one cup of coffee that is self serve. I was the only one in line... unbelievable. The only reason Im going back is to buy a bag of their coffee so I can roast it myself.

I waited for five minutes to helped. Someone cut in front of me and the staff gladly took their order as if I was never there. They obviously didnt want my business, so Ill go where Im not treated as a second class citizen.

The bagels are delicious and large. Food in general is excellent. Recommend the Nova Lox. Free WiFi is provided and place is quiet. The staff is usually in late teen age range so it is usually best to verify your order.

Love this place closest thing to a NY bagel. They have a great selection. I have worked from my laptop for several hours outside and inside; atmosphere is great. Service is great, food is good and place is spotless.

I tried this place after receiving some coupons in the mail. Its ok I had one of their bagel sandwiches. I dont think I will frequent this place as there is no drive thru and parking is limited.

Great food! Delicious coffee! If you want something thats "not Starbucks" this is the place! Bagels are the primary here and their bagel breakfast sandwiches are tops! You wont be dissapointed!
