Burned my food and when I called the regional director of waffle house he acted all pissed of because I called his cell phone. I wouldnt have his number in the first place if they start hiring people thats capable of handling the job they get hired for! Burned my food which has burned me with the waffle house for long time!!!

I will NEVER EVER come back to this Waffle House. There was this elderly lady she seemed to be sick she was wiping her nose every second then would hand us our food. She never washed her hands. This is unnacceptable. I am very disappointed because I love Waffle House but this Waffle House is DISGUSTING

Usually the food is on point but tonight all my food is burnt. Horrible. Smh. Plus the waitress had the nerve to tell me it was against the company policy to show me my receipt of what i order. I felt over charge. And they mess up my order. The only worth eating is the waffle. I hope

DO NOT GO TO THIS WAFFLE HOUSE!!!!! I called this Waffle House to make a call in order to go. The short older white woman who works in the morning hung up on me twice. Then I when I pulled in there. The the woman lied to me and told me that the phone was working. The phone works.

Great breakFAST with emphasis on fast turn around after ordering. Perfectly cooked food My wife received white toast after the waitress specifically was told raisin when asked what type of toast. My wife did not complain, but if it were me, I would have had it exchanged.

My husband and I go to this waffle house most of the time. The service is usually pretty good. My waffle is not maded consistently the same. The waffle is not big and fluffy. The staff come around often to make sure everything is okay.

I called my order in at 9:40pm. Arrived at 10:05pm my food was not ready. The order was called in and I still had to wait. Then my food sat uncovered for 8mins. I blame management for poor hiring of staff.

Bad service, took an hour to make 1 Waffle and they dont follow directions and the manager with the dreads sucks!!!! Worst Waffle House experience ever. They were making an old lady curse. Very upsetting!
