The manager was rude and then said the restaurant was closed when it clearly was not. After I mentioned the posted hours she said their system was down and therefore could not take my order. I drove around to see if she would tell the customer behind me the same thing. She did not. She took his order. When I pulled back up to try to place my order again she never said anything to me. I found the telephone number and called. Immediately upon answering she realized it was me and hung up. But I did get Tabithas name and I will be reporting her to corporate first thing in the morning.

The staff is soooo unfriendly Last time I went to this BK, I used my credit card. The cashier charged $10 for $5 and something meal. I asked for receipt because I felt something was not right; when i saw it, he had it charged $10. I told the manager and he said it happens saying the employee could have pushed wrong number. I told him that he had to make error on all 4 digits which shouldnt happen. I tried to call the BK branch, but it was so hard to get in touch with. My experience was horrible at this BK. Dont forget to ask for receipt.

I order 4 fries and request extra salt , ketchup. Sale assistant asked me to drive forward by the door, instead serve me at the window. I received frys with NO SALT, NO NAPKINS, NO KETCHUP. All oppositive what i asked. I come in to restaurant and told to the lady about that. She direct to sales assistent ( Black Male) and he start laughing at loud. I Feel very bad. Instead apology,- he laugh at loud. I think its very unprofessional and rude .

If you like ice cream dont go here. The Manager (Eric) will purposely make the cups hollow down the middle effectively stealing 1/3 of the food you paid for. When asked about it he said "Everyone has a different perception of full, and that is mine." Do not go here, do not support employers shorting customers on their food they pay for.

It was not busy at 11pm on the drive-thru and the guy still managed to give me no napkins or spoons for the pies. How im gonna eat my pie without a spoon?? Guy just looking at me like mhmm.. BUT I give 5 stars to the best cashier there, DONZA ur awesome girl !!

THE WORST BURGER KING. employees are rude. I asked if my drink was a certain flavor and the employee started yelling at me for no reason. everyone there is rude. i never go there anymore!! and never will! DO NOT go there no matter what. go to a different one.

Service was terrible; cashier with unfriendly attitude. Hamburger was definitely overcooked, dry and burnt. Chairs and boothes are unstabling like those old rocky chairs. This location really needs new management.

Very fast. I received my meal before I finished getting my drink. Clean building and parking lot. This place is either new or recently updated. I will come again when Im due for my next apt across the street.
