They brought my BLT out and the bacon was raw and their was grease all over the plate.So i asked the server to take it back and she did.Then she brings it back and all they did is pull the bacon off and burn it on the grill.So i asked her to get the woman manager the server went and told this manager and she goes in the back.The server comes back to the table and says the manager is busy but she will get with you in a minute.So we sit there and wait for 15 minutes and i asked the server to get the manager again she goes in the back and comes back out and says the manager said she is busy but she will give me a discount on my bill.I told her to give me the bill and i went and paid it with out any discounts and left.I am a manager at another company and would never treat a customer the way i was treated.I will never eat at that Bob Evans again unless that manager is fired for how she treats people.And she should not be aloud to dress the way she does with her top all opened up,people are trying to eat and that will make you lose your appetite for sure.

The food was great the service sucked. We were there at 7:45 or so, in their haste to get everything packed up for the night (they close at 9:00) we received our salads after the main dish then had to ask for parts of our meals that were forgotten, then had our desserts (ice cream) delivered half way through our meal. The manager walked around doing nothing that I could tell. The head waitress (Im guessing) was barking orders and letting the two frazzled waitresses know very loudly, every time she did something to "help" them. All the while she is putting food away and telling the other staff to stay away from certain areas because she already cleaned there.

They swept while we were eating, the food was not high quality, the waitresses complained to each other and SAT down. We had three different waitresses and once I got Mac and cheese it was stone cold so I asked to have it reheated. Half an hour later we finished eating and it was not done. Then my phone was left on the table, we notice this after we got in the car for five minutes so I go back in to get it and the table wasnt even touched and still trashed, so was the table that left as we came in. Never going there again

We came in a 12:30 and sat for ten minutes until we were greeted. Gave our drink orders and sat waiting another 20 minutes just for our drinks. Waitress was no where to be seen and us among a few other tables in her section were sitting waiting as well. Another waitress comes back and finally takes our order. Currently been here for 45 minutes with no food, no apologies for the wait, and no one coming to even check up on us and see if we need our drinks refilled, which we do. Wont be back

They were over whelmed with people from the race track and the food was served cold. We sat at the counter and could hear the waitresses complaining about how the cooking staff were mixing up the orders and the chaos was reflected in food quality and service times. I felt sorry for the waitresses who were catching the unhappy feed back from disgruntled customers.

If I could go lower than one star I would, water was spilled on one of us, plates were dropping all over the place, took us way to long to get our food, and when we did they had no idea whos was whos, they forgot dads toast, never came back and checked in on us, or refilled our drinks until we asked for the bill

Food is usually good, but not today. The pancakes had a little something extra. I also felt my waitress didnt treat me the same as her other customers. "Would you like cheese and bacon on those home fries" , didnt even know you cold add that to the fries. I guess you have to catch them on a good day.

Waited nearly an hour to be seated, another hour for our meals, which were awful. I ordered biscuits and sausage gravy, with hash browns. The hash browns were browned but raw, biscuits crunchy and stale, and the gravy extremely salty and barely warm. Service was marginal. Definitely will not be visiting again.

Waited 30 min waitress never came back to say there was a problem four familys came in after us ate and where finished worst service ever had we walk out..I think she forgot to put order I ..never go back no manager walking around asking if everything was OK ...place sucks

They have got really good country fried steak and gravy here how is Android going here even if Im going out to eat by myself this is a restaurant you dont feel uncomfortable at by yourself there food is just down home cooking food it just looks and tastes homemade

Karen is the best server ever!!!!! Bob evens would be wise to hire a couple more of her. She cares about how her customers food is cooked before she serves it, and pays attention to special requests. My family is not easy to serve and she is never bothered by it.

Walk in the door and are knocked down by dirty carpet smell. This place stinks. I ordered a sweet tea and it tasted like they needed to clean their pot. Wouldnt recommend coming here. Waitress didnt offer any bread or anything extra.

Ate dinner there. Had potato crusted polluck. Received food poisoning for a week. In hospital for iv fluids. Noticed cook wipe his nose in his arm after coming up to window to talk to waitress. Cant ever go back.

No fresh fruit at 8:30 on a Sunday morning? This place is a joke, I keep trying it and they fail every time to deliver what is expected. Dont waste your time or money at this location.

Bob Evans is probably one of the best in Jackson. Either one is great. All of their food is great but they have THE BEST turkey dinners anywhere.

Service was great, food was super hot and very good. Waitress brought out kids food and soon as it came out. Would recommend this place.
