Horrible experience today at this location. Eggs were under cooked and sausage patties were burnt and hard as a hockey puck. They had taken the plate back to replace the eggs and sausage patties, when they returned with the new plate, the sausage patties were RAW on the inside!!! Very thankful I did not eat them! I informed the waitress and she had taken the plate back again. Instead of asking me if I would like something different, they just removed it from my bill and left me with no food. Would not recommend eating there.

This was the best dinner experience weve had at Bob Evans in a while. The service at this location other than at breakfast time has been subpar in recent years. Our server last night, Bryan, did a terrific job. The entrees were great and the breads were outstanding. The prices at BE have always been moderate making it a decent deal. I was glad to have a good experience here once again with respect to all important aspects of our visit. The only complaint is that I never have liked the weak coffee they serve here.

I usually make it sometime around 9pm when its not busy at all but the staff is getting ready to close up, so because of those the service can be a bit slow from the wait staff which is honestly the only complaint I have, but is a big deal for me because I stop in during my lunch break so time is off the essence. Aside from that the food is delicious, I love their breakfast food, the pancakes are big and fluffy so they soak up butter and syrup expertly!!

By far the worst breakfast i have ever had, the food sucked, my eggs were cooked to the point of being rubber pucks and my hash browns were under cooked, still raw and crunchy. and the waitress was nowhere to be found as soon as the food showed up. This isnt the first time i have had bad food and service here but it will be the last time. There are way better choices in Adrian for food.

Ordered the Family deal takeout..They Forgot my Coleslaw upon checking my bag before leaving. Got home and NO gravy!!!! For the potatoes..called and explained to them we didnt have the gravy and the girls reply was Well... you didnt get charged for the gravy!!!..I told her thats not the point. I didnt get what I ordered . I told her I would be contacting Headquarters .we hung up

Tonight from the start our service was the WORST EVER!! We waited 18 minutes to get seated, there were some 20 empty tables with many people waiting to be seated! The Hostess was so disrespectful to customers she should be fired! When our food came IT WAS COLD, was warmed up but tasted tearable!!! They charged for re-fills!! Will never go back to eat here!

We have always been treated like family and have always enjoyed our experience even with three young children and all the demands that come with that the servers are excellent the food is excellent Id like to see a Rewards program on how many times we come in weve spent over $500 in the month of May and dont get anything back for that but we love Bob Evans

This place used to be amazing. Now, its bad service, bad food, and bad company. My family likes to gather here out of tradition, so i go, but thats the only reason. The last 4 times Ive gone have been just awful. To the point that i asked to return my dish, and just sat with my family as they ate and complained about their food.

Great most of the time but sometimes the meat will come out dry & baked mac & cheese barely warm. Great food if it comes out right. It can be busy there, and a lot of people like to look at those coming in to see if they know them. Mostly small town, friendly folks but sometimes a weird one comes in for a good meal.

Waitress never offered refill on coffee until I was leaving, but kept bringing my husband more coke even when he didnt ask. Eggs tasted like egg beaters, and I think they forgot to fill the omelet. Worst experience ever.
