We went on a Tuesday about 3pm. The place was very busy! Several positive, negative and neutral comments are as follows: POSITIVE - The food was great! I ordered the guacamole steakburger (which comes with fries) and a chocolate brownie milkshake. Yummy! The waitress was nice, seemed to interact with us quite well. The waiting time for the food to arrive at the table was good. About 20 min. I had expected a longer wait time. NEGATIVE - The drive thru was very, very slow and cars were wrapped around the building. Not enough parking space in the lot. When we drove down the first row looking for an empty lot, we couldnt circle to go up the second row due to the drive thru line blocking the space! Finally found a space! There is a BIG opportunity to make the drive thru more efficient. Next improvement- the ladies restroom. Two stalls only, paper on the floor, sink counter area very wet. Two employees were in the restroom, one just standing around looking at her cell phone. Other employee asked if she was on break. The first responded "I have to get away from all these crazy people!" Hmm.. Is she referring to me as a customer being "crazy"? That type of comment should NOT have been made in my presence. My other comment, if the restroom is being used by employees, then there should be no excuse for it not to be clean. Next improvement - Lots of employees working in kitchen area. Noticed some that needed a little direction. In other words, standing around doing nothing or seemed to be lost. Customers were at the register placing to go orders. Long line at register. Seems if you sit at the table to eat, when finished you have to pay at register. You have stand in that long line to pay. Not good! NEUTRAL Comment- Observed three individuals that seemed to be managers or supervisors. (They were dressed differently) One was sitting in a corner, reading something. Another was standing near the register reading something. Both individuals did that for quite some time. Third person, not sure what that person was doing, just got a glimpse when he walked to the front. So lets recap, busy restaurant inside and drive thru, some employees not busy or seemed lost, management reading in customer view. Sounds like a great opportunity for improvement!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. The service in every way was downright horrible and unexcusable. Big thing went to the bathroom ran into one of the workers and they did not wash their hands... the hostess was horrible we asked her upon arrival how long the wait was she told us about 30 minutes so we told her okay we will wait outside because the inside was overcrowded with people waiting and there was really nowhere to wait inside. I would say about 10 minutes after sitting outside the inside cleared up a little so we proceeded inside wait for about 15 minutes finally we noticed that people who had came after us were being seated so we looked at the list the hostess had with our names on it and it was six people behind and it was crossed off. We spoke with the hostess and she said that we were outside when she called her name so she didnt know what we were doing but she knew we were outside so wtf.... but the hostess was only the start of the issue. Our server took our drink order which took us about 20 to 25 minutes just to get our drinks just for the server or the server to for get one of the three drinks. It took about 45 minutes after we waited 20 minutes for a drinks to get our food and the food was lukewarm at best and part of our order was wrong and they forgot some of the sides after correcting the service she still forgot some of the sides we also informed our server that we wanted to order shakes later on we never saw her after she corrected her many mess-ups my sister and little niece sat with empty drinks and then we had to pull another server to take our Shake orders and he got them wrong and added another Shake that wasnt even asked for so after we ask for a manager we finally received our shakes about 20 minutes after ordering them and one of the shakes were wrong. When speaking with the manager it seemed like she was somewhat listening and that it was going in one ear and out the other for that maybe she already knew her staff was acting horrible didnt really apologize for the horrible service or any compensation not that we wanted any compensation except for the extra Shake That was not ordered taking off....

The managers saved this review. I know they just opened and are really busy. The drive Thur was wrapped around the store so I decided to go in. I placed my order and the cashier told me it would be 20 min for 3 milkshakes. OK Ill wait. 30 min go by and she still hasnt called my name so I ask how much longer, she lost my ticket! So they hadnt even made them to begin with. The waitress then comes and asks me have I been waited on. I told her yes I placed a to go for milkshakes 40 min ago, she then brings a manager over who goes back and makes the milkshakes and brings them to me. The kitchen was slammed. But the owner/ manager was on the grill helping the guys Cook and get food out as fast as possible. I would have the cashiers helping run food and run/make milkshakes bc there was 5 of them just standing at the register. When no one was placing an order. I definitely think there needs to be better organization. But Ill give it another shot, when things have calmed down. But they definitely need better or to train the cashiers better. Edit*** decided to give this place another chance. Horrible idea!! I will never go back. My family and I waited 45 min for a table bc they kept seating other people before us. Waited another hour for our food and the place wasnt even as busy as it has been recently. Half of our orders were wrong and the other half of our food didnt come out. (It wasnt the waitresses fault. She put everything in correctly according to the recent.) But I will never go back here.

First of all, the parking lot is ridiculous. Its like a 5 year old designed it. Anyone with half a brain would know not to put the drive thru where it would block the entrance to the parking lot. About the restaurant. The first time, between the wait to get a table, get a waitress to take our order, get our food and eat, it was 3 and a half hours. The roof was leaking on my niece, but because we had waited so long to get a table and there was no other table to move to, she just moved over to the corner of the booth. So we say ok its new they just havent gotten the kinks out. We get it another try yesterday. They have been opened months now, its got to be better. Nope, it has actually gotten worse. We still wait 20 minutes for table, not too bad. But then have to wait about another 20 minutes to take our order. Ok, being patient. Watching our waitress stand around doing nothing. Get our food. Moms order wrong. She ordered onion rings,got fries. Told onion rings will be right out. Never came. Another order wrong, but eaten anyway. No drink refills. Actually watched our waitress walk out and leave.
