Today was Free Icecream Cone day because it was the first day of Spring (March 20). All you had to do was walk in and they asked what flavor you wanted, which was vanilla, chocolate, or twist. If you decided to donate money into their donation can, they gave a big thank you back to you. As some of the previous reviews mentioned, there is no indoor seating just outside with some picnic tables available for usage.

Feeling nostalgic and want ice cream this place is good enough. It has indoor ordering, but outdoor seating next to the parking lot. The noise of the M-12 traffic (Michigan Ave) can be a bit loud at times. Stop by, but youll probably not want to stay long.

Great for a summer ice cream treat. Expect a line out the door during peak summer evening hours. But it moves quickly as the staff works fast. Plenty of parking.
