I have visited this Burger King location numerous times in the past 20 some odd years. Until today I have not had a significant issue. For the most part everyone has been nice, pleasant, and efficient. Today I had two grandchildren with me as we went through the Drive Thru. I was ordering them a snack. I asked the price of a medium fry and I was told it was $2.?? so I decided to go with your Dollar menu and verified the price of a small fry to be a dollar and small hamburger to also be a dollar. I ordered 6 small fries and 3 small hamburgers, which should be $9. plus tax. I was told my total was over $14.00 and I said excuse me. I was told to drive up to the second window. The girl at the window asked for the $14.??, and I asked her what she had as my order. She told me 6 fries & 6 burgers. I said it was 3 burgers & 6 fries. So thinking my order was around $9.70 I had a ten dollar bill in my hand so I handed it to her.I was handed a bag with my food and the window closed. So I sat for a minute waiting for my change . I had to motion for the girl back . I said I gave you a $10 and she said "Oh the fries are actually $1.19" I said oh ok and asked for my receipt,.I was told it didnt print off. So the girl at the window & another woman, which was in manager uniform started working with the register & the window closed. I turned to get more money and to add up an exact amount since she didnt tell me. The window was closed but I could hear her tell someone "shes out here adding up everything". I turned toward the window again and she and the other woman are standing there. I said since the fries were more, then I owe you money. The girl shook her head no and said thats ok., so I said "Thank you and turned to put my money away, and then I hear one of them say " JUST GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE" upon hearing this I turned back around upset over what I just heard one of the females say.. Keep in mind I have my 4yr old & 9yr old grandchildren in the car with me. I motioned the girl to open the window & she did. I ask who said that? She said no one said anything. I said yes they did . Who said it? She said she didnt. I said who did? She just shook her head no. I said I want to speak to the manager & she called for her , which was the same woman that was at the window previously named Sheila". I asked her who just said that remark and she said: " I apologize". But she also has a condescending smirk on her face. I said that was not right for that to be said especially with me having small children in the car. Sheila said that the girl was just trying to get her drive thru time in. I said ok but that still is not good customer service. At this time a guy comes to the window and said Sheila I need you the broiler is on fire". I just said go put your broiler out. My opinion it was staged to get her away from talking to me. Needless to say I am still upset !!! Im usually a polite person anyway, everyone has a bad day. Today must have been Sheilas. But I kept my cool on my grandchildrens behalf. I just think it such bad taste for a Manager to act as such. Also, I will be letting everyone know how I was treated at this Burger King restaurant. My rating of these two employees behavior from 1 - 10 would be "0". Food rating would be a 6, fries were cooled off. SAD !!!

There was good service. But twice in one week we visited this burger king and the dining area was nasty. I had to clean the table off before me and my husband could eat. The floor was very nasty with food all over it. The cashier went to sweep up a smushed french fry on the floor and she just smeard it and never got a mop and cleaned it up.. .Manger could go out to smoke but not clean up dining area. .

Went through drive through. No cars in front of me. I was asked to hold, which wasnt a problem, but when the lady returned she very rudely asked me to give my order. I understand it gets busy but thats not an excuse for the poor attitudes. Would never give my money to this location. McDonalds is nicer and less than 1/4 mile away. Id recommend going there.

Went through DT @ 9:14 a.m. with Rick. Rebecca announced herself & asked what we would like. As he is trying to give order, shes talking to someone else about their order of a chocolate shake. Could NOT get a word in; so, we drove off. Dont waste your time coming here.

Bad food experience... the buger was thrown together, the service was VERY unprofessional, the fries were cold, and they were so pushy... I asked for six packets of mayo, and I got four mayo and four ketchup. Someones math sucks up in there.

This place is not clean at all. The drink area was filthy and sticky, with napkins, lids, and trash all over. The tables were equally as sticky as the drink area The employees were pretty rude and unwelcoming. Food was delicious though!

This is definitely one of the nicest Burger Kings Ive been to in years the staff were very friendly it was very nice and the food was well it was just Burger King it was everything else that made the experience enjoyable

I liked most of the food. The chicken fries were over done. The dining room was not very clean (most of the tables were not wiped down). I got to take the survey on the back for a free whopper.

Does the staff here even use hair nets? Finding a hair at the end of a whopper is a VERY unpleasant experience! The fries were cold and tasted like bacon grease. You can do better!
