3rd time Ive left without food!!! Customer service is horrible!! Myself and other customers waited nearly 30 to 45 minutes and we all watched New customers come in and get their food to dine in and carry out..WHAT!!!!!?. Here I go again ..3/3/17 8:30 pm....ordered chicken livers over the phone so there wouldnt be a loooooong KFC wait. Manager (woman) saids she will drop them as we speak and should be ready in a few minutes thank you and hangs up. Im a few minutes away from KFC and of course NO FOOD and another apology from another manager.....1. KFC should take their employees down the street to CHIC FILET and observe how an operation should and can run with efficiency. Ive worked in the fast food industry from the grill to a manager so Im well aware of and how things should be done and handled. Some KFC regulars my not agree and I understand that ....you may be the few that makes it through the messiness but theres a lot more of us that doesnt....KFC HWY 5..........GET IT TOGETHER OR SHUT THE DOORS...

Last three visits i have left without food. The most recent, April 19 or 20,.2016. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:20pm and they are cleaning up for the night. I placed my order and they are out of those items and not preparing any more for the evening. I asked when they close? The young man said 10 pm. The manager on duty was unapologetic and continued to clean. The young man whispers, Im so sorry. Three visits, all prior to 830pm and they have not had menu food items. I would think sales have plummeted with this lack of customer care and management. I have gone to their neighboring competitor at 9:45pm and ordered and they comply apologizing that it will be 10 minutes on chicken. Perhaps that is why they have a line of traffic at the drive thru at 9 pm and KFC looks like theyve closed. Very disappointing as we enjoyed their food and service for forty years.

Management and Owners please come into this store an take a look at what is happening here. I stopped in with my family for lunch was saddened by the appearance of the place the floors were quite dirty with napkins, and crumbs. It has rained often here so customers come in with muddy feet but should there be dried mud and dirty on the floor. My point is for the 20 minutes we where there Noone stepped foot in the lobby to clean it nor the tables not because it was busy only 4 customers came in while we were there. We saw at least 3 employees on hand hanging out in back laughing and having a fun time with not regard for the lobby area. The food bar was lacking of fried chicken, and grilled chicken with no biscuits. I choose the beans and had to ask for the grilled chicken.

After waiting in silence at the drive through window for a minute I asked if someone was available. At that point I was told to wait. After further silence I placed my order. The woman gave no recognition of the order and after waiting for some time I pulled forward unsure if the order was understood. At the window I repeated the order and found out the employee did not have the order correct. Correcting the order I was eventually given my food with no recognition of the order or a word from the employee. Once I got home I found that my order was incorrect with the wrong type of chicken both in piece count and seasoning. Overall, go to Popeyes.

Ill have to say Ive never seen a Chicken Buffet without Chicken OR Biscuits. I dont know how they expect to stay in business or at the very least continue to operate the buffet Every time you go to the walk up buffet, if you want a piece of chicken, you have to wait at a register and request one. UNBELIEVABLE! Probably did this because some of the lower class folks in the county cleaned their plate and made off with most of their chicken for the buffet price. Thats not the solution though. The more correct one would simply be to police the counter more closely.

I just ordered from the drive-thru. I paid, they told me to park and they were gonna bring me my food. I waited 30 minutes.. still no food. I went in and my food was sitting on the counter. When I got home something was missing from my meal and instead of mashed potatoes I just got a bowl of gravy! This is only my 3rd time trying this location, but oh my god, its enough to make me not want to go back!

I was told they was under new management, so I went to this location and the was so good. It taste fresh and the customer service was awesome. I was told the new Manger name is Jarmaal. Whatever he doing I hope he keep up. Give them another try with the new management, I sure dud and enjoyed it. And the speed of service is also great.

Da**it it shouldnt take 30 minutes for my food that I ordered thru the drive thru window to be ready! This is the second time this happened! Dont come after 8:30pm they will take forever!! Oh after I received all the food they compensated the wait for 1/2 gallon lemonade but forgot the 6 condiments they came with the meal.

I hate it....they have me waiting 35mins for a $5 fill up Zinger meal & they told me to pull up & they basically forgot about me & the rest of the people they told to pull to the side & they was gonna bring our food straight out & had us waiting forever....And then they forgot about my cookie that comes with it

The bar was devoid of chicken and biscuits. The food had to have been sitting out for at least an hour before I arrived seeing as how the mac and cheese was dry and the gravy had hardened. The floor needed a miracle to clean it and the tables were beyond slovenly.

43 degrees out side and they have the a.c. kicking at full blast. Didnt have corn on the cob. Waited 13 min for corn in a cup. Mac and cheese was extremely gross. The bathrooms were disgusting. Customer service and friendliness was a 95 percent

We love KFC but, this location is a dump. Literally every time we give it another chance we remember why we dont go. Orders always wrong, they are ALWAYS out of something, service sucks. I could keep going but you get the idea

Waited 20 min just to have my order wrong... had to take it back up to the manager 3 damn times... they dont know the difference in thighs and breast, or 2 chicken littles or 2 pc. Popeyes it will be from now on... 18$ for bs.

They almost never seem to have grilled chicken. The one time I managed to get grilled chicken from this location it was dry. Two of the three times I visited this location they seemed annoyed that I bothered coming there.

Had to wait on a sandwich to be cooked for around 10 minutes because there was a line and they gave us a free chicken box because we had to wait. The food was very good for KFC
