Expect rude service. I arrived expecting to have a few crab legs. They charge more for dinner to have crab available. I asked if they were bringing more out and the waitress said, "you need to wait longer." The head of the kitchen all but ignored my question 20 minutes later. I was there for 1 hour and not one crab leg was put out on the buffet. I asked another waitress when they will be bringing out the crab legs. She told me that I needed to wait longer. So, when I finished my meal I noticed that they still hadnt brought crab out. Spoke to the manager and he was nice while telling me that they wait to bring out new crab legs for 30 minutes after they go through a pan so that they can afford to have them. I was charged full dinner price, and told that I should have said something to him. I guess he gave me a lesson. As I left I said thank you for being nice, but I will not be back. He said, "ok bye" as he went back to messing around on his phone. Terrible place. Will never go back, nor recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good dining experience. What a joke.

This used to be our favorite place to eat. Suggestion: get there WAY before they close! We arrived 2 hours prior to them closing and the steam tables were already turned off, hence the food was COLD. The waitress also took away the soy sauce from the table to clean it, promised to bring it right back, and never returned with the bottle of soy sauce. Even with 2 hours to go before closing, they seemed to be more concerned with closing up then serving the customers. The one waitress in particular was obnoxious and blatantly gave inappropriate glaring glances my way, very inappropriate. And then had a conversation with another waiter who added to the uncomfortable staring. Very disappointing since, as I had said, this used to be our favorite place to eat and now we dont ever return there. Pricey for the poor food that was served and complaints fell on deaf ears. I wonder what could have happened since this used to be an excellent place to eat. :(

Very rude! Pricing isnt properly displayed and over priced especially for the quality of the food. It was $15 for one person to eat and it was not clearly marked. They have ranges for pricing when it comes too children which ia ridiculous. Most of the buffet had obviously been sitting out a while. When I realized the price varied and commented I thought it would only be around 10 dollars the waitress told me to wait a moment to see about a discount. Then im guessing the owner (very rude and drinking Corona) told me I could leave my license and come back to pay it the next day. Which was very rude to assume my issue was not having enough to pay for my meal. My issue was the quality of food and service for that price. I had to ask 3 times for a straw and booster seat for my son! Also who would leave their license somewhere with people like that over $5!? Especially after reading about them overcharging peoples cards!

My daughter and I came here on Christmas Day 2015, and we loved it! There are so many items to choose from, from a salad bar, to a sushi bar, to Orange Chicken, to Beef and Broccoli, to Egg Rolls, to Crab Rangoon....which are my absolute favorite! They even have pizza and "serve yourself" ice cream. The food is hot and they were constantly checking to see if anything needed replacing! Our server refilled our drink, without us even asking! A big plus for me!! I read several very negative reviews, before coming here and I am glad I went with my gut instinct, and decided to give this place a try! It will now be one of our favorite Chinese Restaurants! It may be a bit pricey, but I think it is worth it, because the food is so good! Thank you for making our Christmas special!

Ok so on a regular day wen I come, in the day time it is great food is stock well and so good..... but I went today and everything was empty barely any food that was ready imagine walking into a Chinese restaurant and all the pins were empty and you had to tell them to restock and when you do that look at you crazy and then she tried to compensate at the end by making everything fresh no lady I was ready to sit down and eat.... but I sat there and I was like OK Ima let her make fresh food then my daughter is eating her soup and finds a hair in it...... so unless you go for the hours of the time they wake up until I say maybe 6 oclock its okay to go anything after 7 I would never go back there ever ever ever again

Worst experience in quite some time!!! Go for all u can eat crab legs and drive over an hour away, get there and there are none on the buffet. Ask multiple people for some to be added on the buffet and still takes 15 minutes. They put them out and they are cold!!! Wait another 30 minutes and ask several people, nothing!!!!!!! Finally get tired of waiting, go to pay and explain what the issue is and only one or two speak fluent English. The head chef or who ever he is, doesnt want to do anything. Finally after explaining the issue for 15 minutes they give a very slight discount. The sushi was just OK. The other food was just normal chain style Chinese. Horrible, will never go back!!

I went there tonight and hated it myself and my fiance went and only ate one plate of food all the food was cold and hardly any food to choose from and told the manager it was the worst food I ever ate plus my fiance recived raw chicken from the hibachi grill at that point we left the resturant he stated " I followed you around and heard you talking about the food selection and that you have already finished your meal and now you have to pay the full price of the ticket" he finnaly gave me $3 off of my 23 dollar bill for only 1 plate of food the manager was rude to me and my fiance I will never go to this establishmet again!

I loved this place when it first opened always was great hot food...............but now they SUCK I dont know what happened, the comment about these our competitors comment is BS!! I am in the Medical field so no Chinese competitor from me. The comments are all true you have to ask for crab legs they only put a few out and if you go about 2 hrs before up until closing u will get hours old cold food and the waitresses never clean off the tables and dont keep up with your drinks they use to be the best in NKY now they are the worse ever!!! Dont waste your money on this over priced place!!

Typical Chinese dive that no longer cares. Agree with many of the other reviews that the customer service is VERY poor and on many days it takes a very long time before they bother refilling the buffet bars. I once stood at the hibachi for at least eight minutes, waiting to be served while the employees just had a conversation in Chinese and joking about something. I finally gave up and got something else off the other bars. Wouldnt recommend unless you have plenty of time to kill and do not mind being treated poorly.
