When Nas regretfully cried: "You gonna be a n$gga death / Mrs. Fried Chicken you wuz my addiction / Dripping with high cholest- / ... Trapping me; You and your friend mac and cheese / Candy yams, collard greens but u knocking me 2 my knees / Its killing me when Im inside / Nothin I need more than a fish fry" ... He could well hv been talking about Golden Corral, which serves each of these treacherously seductive meals in gargantuan portions, & at the $8 lunch price u may only regret it when ur being sliced up 4 that triple-heart bypass, or having the flub liposucked from ur hips, while ur wife and kids blubber at the operation table praying to Jesus that ur life insurance covers this mess. But at these prices who cares. After I had guzzled my 3rd plate, it dawned on me that I had really misjudged humanitys desire to self-destruct.

Went in yesterday for dinner and the first person we met, a girl cashier was terrible. She was rude and short with us. It set the tone for our visit and I wanted to leave before we even got our drinks. If you are going to work the front end and be the first face a customer sees, then you need to slap a smile on your face and use some manners. When I am a patron at an establishment I want to hear a welcome, what can I get you? Thank you. Have a great dinner.... her interaction with customers is 5 minutes top.... she cant be kind or welcoming for 5 minutes? Sad... the food was decent at best. Our server Jennifer was great. She constantly checked in on us and cleared the table. I doubt we will return there.

Compared to any other Golden Corral I visited this one is clearly worse. I went there around 9 pm. and half of the meats were not there, I guess they would not put out any new servings which is not the way it was supposed to be. Foods are sloppy, I tried coleslaw and it was TERRIBLE, tasted like it was year old. Servers do not pay attention to you at all, they would just slap drinks on the table and go on about their business. This is clearly a management issue, whoever their bosses are they need to replace managers at that restaurant ASAP, so that Golden Corral franchise would uphold their good name.

The food is okay - a lot of the dishes were very salty, and the desserts very sweet - but theres a huge variety to choose from. The yeast rolls were perfectly buttery and airy, and the sirloin steak (medium rare) was surprisingly tender and flavorful. The rotisserie chicken is nicely moist while the fried chicken is disappointingly dry. Overall, youll definitely be able to find at least a few items you like, and the servers are cheerful and friendly. Our server, Greg, was great - attentive with a great attitude. Would suggest for those "dont know what Im in the mood for" nights!

Absolutely repulsive, if you want to know why so many respectable and decent people are leaving Alpharetta then come to this location and you will see why. Not only did we have a disrespectful server but the manager refused to do anything about two children who were under the age of ten licking plates and placing them back in the plate bins. Dont get me wrong, I wasnt expecting five star, fine dining at a buffet but this was truly disgusting. Theres a Chuck E Cheese next door, take your kids there if you want to leave them unsupervised, this was truly unbelievable!

Saw add for all you can eat ribs on TV June 6th. Drove out there that evening, arriving at 5:30 p.m. Cashier said they no longer had the ribs. Walked to see for myself, and sure enough no ribs. Came home and emailed complaint to Golden Corral HQ, No response whatsoever to my email, so sent them a personal letter which they should have received not later than June 15th. Still not even the decency or courtesy of a response. So I now know they are less than the best buffet in the USA.

I agree with Oleg completely that this is a management issue. All the GC restaurants Ive been to throughout the US, this one is far below standard. For eating at 7pm on labor day, the selection of food was less than usual, all serving areas were dirty, and the "main tray" most people were eating was the sesame chicken. People had to get ice cream cones themselves out of the cabinet. Needs a more professional staff that puts pride in their work.

Very clean and cared for salad and hot food bar! Attentive staff & great price for all you can eat buffets! Our family will always be fans of omelette station and variety of selections. Not best recipe for all items and they use mostly frozen foods for hot food bar, can look past this because of unbelievable costs value. I had a full plate of salad, hot vegetables of all kind, breakfast items and seafood! Satisfied! :-)

I had called roughly 10 minutes before we had a group of around 30 people come to this location. The manager, Brandon, was amazing and got a place set up for us in that short time! They were super accommodating and were very understanding and quick. The service was awesome and they gave us an amazing discount. Our servers, Greg and Robert, were incredible! Definitely recommend this place! Great job!

Server and other workers had wonderful spirit ND personality. BUT every bit of the food was cold and when I mentioned it I was told it temped correctly. I have 10plus years in food service. I know what food should temp at and none of this temped right. It was a waste of $15. Extremely disappointed because I have always thought highly of golden corral

Well first thing I took my dad out for Fathers day just to find out that they upped the price in honor of fasteners day, SHOCKING THEN MY SERVER COULDNT EVEN SPEAK English he came over one time to get it plates thats the only time we saw him. And they didnt have hardly any choices like normal genuine bad experience dont think Ill go back there

I thought the food was great. I sampled a number of food items from steak to fish. Lima beans to brocculi and brussil sprouts. Sauted mushrooms were superb. I also had a strawberry short cake with a side of banana pudding. All delicious. A great place to eat alone or with your family. Coffee was very good too.

Brandon, has to be Fired Asap, he stole my wallet with my Ids, sadly he did it for the 420$ that I had cash on my wallet, he dont deserve to be working at a Golden Corral, I thought it was a very nice place, but now, I will never go to a Golden Coral in my hole Life, terrible just for 420$. 5 black Stars

Definitely the best GC of them all and Ive tried many. Good selection. Clean. Nice staff. Lunch price is very reasonable. Dinner is quite a bit more but for an all you can eat steak buffet, its totally worth it! I wish they hadnt switched to Pepsi though. This is ATL yall. Bring back the Cokes please!

Eat here if you value getting sick more than just eating food. The dishes were all not cleaned, spinach on the fork, and food clumps on some of the plates I picked up. Maybe they just clean their dishes with water, but the day after I ate here I woke up with pink eye. This place is so disgusting.
