Ill give it to you straight about this KFC. The chicken in the buffet is the chicken theyre too embarrassed to give to customers who buy combos. Most restaurants would throw most of these pieces of chicken in the trash but this KFC throws them in the buffet. Ive been here a couple times and I have NEVER... seen a fried drumstick in the buffet. All of the other parts of the chicken in the buffet are usually shaped funny or cooked incorrectly. Its obvious they exclude drumsticks in favor of the cheaper reject chicken. I dont want to eat reject chicken! If youre going to be stingy with the food, maybe you shouldnt be in the buffet business. When I ask them to put drumsticks in the buffet(which I have had to do for 100% of my visits), they act like I asked for their firstborn. Sometimes they will flat out lie and tell me they dont have any. When they do decide not to lie, they give inaudible responses and usually take their sweet time bringing the chicken to the buffet. 5 - 20 minutes for a couple of drumsticks. The sides are... decent most of the time. Ive had some extremely gross peach cobbler here and hard macaroni and cheese. Rock hard, tasteless biscuits. Everything else is pretty consistent but I cant imagine it is too difficult to pour pre-prepared beans out of a bag into a pot. If youre on hard times, the buffet is a good deal to fill your stomach. Just make sure youre willing to compromise on the quality of your food.

They refused to sale me the meal I wanted. The manager a young guy by the name Jose said the owner Nisar told them not to cook any chicken after nine oclock because they dont need to waste product. They close at 11 oclock so that means they are selling you old chicken if you visit after this time. I went at 8:50 at night and they refused to cook what I wanted. The worst customer service ever. I left and went to the KFC in Powder Springs and got great service. I would recommend not going to the KFC in Mableton. They dont care about the customer.

I work here in KFC and one of the things I hate are the customers that eat buffet and take like 3 Plates of food home !!!!! Buffet is only DINE IN !!!!! Like go to fooddepot and buy chicken dont come to our store and steal chicken cause we be watching all , and we call the cops !!!! We work really hard , at this place and keep it clean and nice for our sweet customers and not the cheap rude ones !

Horrible. They forgot to put macaroni and cheese and biscuits in our order, Mom tried to call 4 times with no answer. Mom drives back to see the phone in an employees hand only to find out that employee was the manager. Then to top it off they told my Mother she was lying. I understand having a bad day but that was unacceptable and do rude.

Beware Do Not Eat Here. Rude customer service No cleaning of heads, and customer flossing teeth over the buffet. After waiting in line for 20 mins once waited on cashier said that we have 12 mins to eat she was closing down the buffet. I cant make this up. Very poor customer service. Wish I did not have to give this place one star.

I would go there again, I dont necessarily like to eat in at this location. Mostly I order to go. They do have a buffet here and I have ordered buffet and my kids loved it. Not bad, no real complaints.

The service sucks! I sat at the drive thru for almost 5 minutes before anyone said anything, when the order taker finally did she had an altitude. Very rude!

Save your money and eat at a better place. $11 for a KFC buffet is a joke. Regular service is out of menu items and serving dry overcooked chicken.
