Extremely disappointed in our visit. Trevor, who checked us in, did an amazing job and greeted us and was informative. The rest of the team was nothing like this. Our waitress was OK, she seemed visually irritated by customers in general, but did a decent job of keeping up with our dishes and drinks. The only thing I enjoyed eating there was the potato wedges, so we literally spent $31 for that. I ordered a steak but when it got to me it was already cold and wasnt even bleeding.. I ordered a rare steak, yes, but not what it considered a "blue rare", meaning it was below the temperature for a rare status. If it isnt red (this was the color and texture of raw chicken..) and bleeding inside, something isnt right. I did not enjoy my experience one bit and will not return, and will alert others who are interested in ever going. The restaurant had very few customers, tons of dirty tables and was NOT worth the cost of the bill. I just hope I dont get food poisoned.

At Ponderosa Steakhouse, they remember the Old Gods. They remember to keep the service fast and friendly, to keep the grill hot and they remember the name of the Elder Things which sleep under the earth. They serve up nothing but wholesome American cooking here. Fresh seafood. Hot appetizers. Tempting combination platters. And - if the moon is in the summer house and Saturn is in retrograde - eldritch horror that would break the sanity of any human being. Ponderosa is all about choice. A variety of fresh fruits and vegetables at the salad bar - all unlimited. Choice of delectable ice cream and baked goods from the dessert cart - unlimited. And your choice of exquisite samplings from a dimension of pain and pleasure - ALL unlimited. During the lunch rush service can get slow and it may take a while to get a drink refill. 3/5

Absolutely horrible food was awful had no taste to anything. Our waitress literly brought one drink at a time because she was texting and she never even said a word to us. Everything on the buffet looked old like it had been sitting out all day. All the employees were rude, loud and obnoxious. The restaurant its self was very unsanitary all the tables were dirty. We had to wait for someone to clean a table off before we could even sit down and no they werent busy there were only like 7 people in the restaurant when we arrived.

Would be better if they hired someone besides hood rats with their crappy attitudes towards customers and idea that EVERY steak has to be burnt to a crisp even if you order it medium rare. Oh yeah, They always serve up the steaks COLD. It will be fresh off the grill but they will let it set 20 to 30 minutes just to ruin it. I suppose all blacks love meat COLD and BURNT TO A CRISP so they push it on everyone else. SCREW THEM!

The food was horrible they had some kind of meat cut up it was suppose be turkey (on the salad bar) but it was bologna. The desert bar was horrible my sister went to the bar got a brownie that thing was hard as a rock. She drop on the table it sound like a rock. I hate writing this but I got to tell the truth that was $40.00 wasted on some nasty food. But will say the place was clean and we had nice waitress

Bad service bad food. We got the buffet which cost $12 and the only meat option they had was nasty pulled pork, overly breaded chicken wings, weird chicken thighs. Veggies tasted like old WW2 canned veggies. Dessert was the only decent food. Had to keep reminding the waitress for a refill because she kept forgetting to go get one. Overall very disappointed, especially for $12.

We was here in Cincinnati on vacation for the Cincinnati Comic Expo and we decided to come here for a early dinner. Its horrible. The food is crusty, stale, old and bland. The only thing descent was the mashed potatoes. The service was horrible and the whole place literally smelled like a port-a-potty. I would not recommend eating here.

My family went to Sunday dinner. The place was very clean the hostess was pleasant the food was excellent. , except the baked chicken alil under cooked. Only problem you have to flag youre host or hostess because they dit in huddles and play instead of making sure tables have what they need. Overall satisfied .

My experience was horrible, my waiter gave me water now sprite, I waited over 20 mins for a piece of grilled chicken and a baked potato. Both tasted gross. My mother couldnt eat her whole meal. Now I have food poisoning. Not worth 30$. Its sad it tasted better coming up them stomacheing it down.

No meat selection on the buffet line. The cheapest of the cheapest ingredients. «chefs quality products» No flavor to any dish. Sanitation is terrible no one Wheres gloves. Wearing their own clothes from home which includes jewelry and no hats or face nets

We had a very good meal with excellent service. Staff was courteous and our waitress was very attentive.. Our steaks were cooked to order and came out fast. I cant explain why some reviewers are unhappy. Our experience was great.
