My husband and I tried this restaurant for the first time tonight. The outside was shabby. The door had streaky dried paint on the door. We went inside and stood for twenty minutes waiting to be seated. We were about to leave. Someone finally came up to seat us. Then a few minutes later she decided to get our drink orders. We went to the buffet that was very unorganized. The silverware looked old and scratched up. The waitress seemed like getting our refills were a chore. She would give us a hard stare each time she passed by. Then she stopped at our table. I looked up at her and she put her hand in my face. Then hissed at me and walked off. Thats when I was livid and ready to leave. We asked to speak to the manager. All they wanted to do was take $3.00 off our meal. Yet they charge $1.00 per person gratuity. No one ever smiled. The cashier never said hello or thank you for coming. Needless to say our first visit is our last. Id suggest that anyone wanting Chinese buffet go to King Buffet. They know how to present food with great customer service.

The 1st thing I noticed when I arrived was the appearance of the restaurant on the outside. The parking lot was dirty, the grass was growing up the side of the building and the doors were terribly spray painted. I shouldve followed my 1st extinct and went somewhere else but i gave them a chance. It took my waiter 20 mins to bring my family their drinks. Not of the food was labeled so you had no clue what you were eating, which is a big problem when youre allergic to certain things. A lot of the food was not served fresh and the buffet area was very messy. I love Asian buffets and this one is by far the worst I ever been to. If you want good buffet in douglasville I suggest going to king buffet on Douglas blvd. 2 thumbs down

Large selection of Chinese, American, and sushi as well as a raw bar and hibachi. However, the last couple times we went we were disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken in their Chinese chicken dishes was a bit rubbery, the crab Rangoon smelled like old fish and was impossible to tear, and the pork dumplings left a lot to be desired. However, it seemed fairly clean and the wait staff pretty attentive (although we were there on slow days). 2 adults with drinks came to $18

The food is good. But their customer service is horrible. I do not recommend coming. They randomly started charging a dollar a person for gratuity because their servers think if they dont come to the table with The customer and actually do their jobs, they deserve tips. Im sorry but we leave a tip 90% of the time and the guy told us we dont leave tips anyways. Like how dare you stand there nd tell your customers they dont leave tips thats why the gratuity is automatically charged.

AWFUL!!! I USED TO VISIT THE BUFFET EVERY WEEK. ON THIS PARTICULAR VISIT I WAS FINISHING EATING AND AS I WAS EATING MY BANANNA PUDDING I FOUND A PIECE OF WHAT LOOKED LIKE A SPIRALED PIECE OF METAL. WHEN I NOTICED IT I IMMEDIATLEY WENT TO FIND THE MANAGER. I REQUESTED THAT MY MEAL BE FREE OF CHARGE, SHE DENIDED MY REQUEST AND OFFERED MY $3 OFF OF MY MEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! iT WAS A LARGE PIECE OF METAL IN MY PUDDING AND ALL I GET IS $3 OFF! i WALKED OUT AND I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Drove by this place everyday for 4mos, had no idea it was all you can eat buffet. the staff was super awesome, even explained the hibatchi grill to us cos we had no idea what it was. so much variety.. i would of thought by the name it was only seafood. but no, they had steak, fried chicken, fruit and salad bar etc. it was purely amazing. and such a great price. this was our 1st time there will definitely not be our last.

I am in town for work and it was close, so I gave it a try. The only thing good is the price. It is not clean and the food was terrible. Some things were unsanitary like the self-service ice cream scoops submerged into cold water past the handles. Thats a cross contamination after each scoop! I should have walked out, but I stayed and only ate food that was steaming hot. Dont let the 20% off tempt you. Stay away.

A large buffet with an assorted selection of delicious dishes. The price is very reasonable. All hosts have been very friendly as is most wait staff. Only 1 negative experience with wait staff but he was young and too busy socializing to get drinks refilled efficiently or used plates removed. I have been several times though so this once isnt enough to take away from my review rating but no place is perfect.

The food was HORRIBLE!! Im surprised it got so many good reviews! The only thing good was the shrimp and some of the fruit. Majority of the cherries were rotten. I expected more seafood. The so called crabs werent fresh. It looked like they fried them. There were very little vegetables. No corn, string beans, black eyed peas, etc... The waiter was great! I will not ever return here though.

At the start of dinner, the atmosphere was nice and elegant so very surprising on the taste of food selected. I got food from the habachi grill and caught a piece of bone in my mouth, Almost choked. The honey chicken was rubbery and the ribbs were over cooked smothered with sauce. The manager was aware and only cared about going outside to talk on his phone. We will not be back.

The waiters music was to loud from the drink station. One cook was on his phone sitting on the floor from the sushi station. I didnt even see him wash his hands after that. The ice cream was also melted because the freezer door Was left open. The food could have been better and the people working there looked bored. I would eat here again if they change their staffs attitude.

In reading the reviews for the first time I am shocked. Are people sure they went to the right place. My wife and I eat at Atlantic Buffet often. Large selection, Hibachi grill, Dessert. I pay the same for Wendys combo. Excellent prices lunch, clean always. Wife and I have eaten several local spots. I would recommend Atlantic Buffet to all hungry people reasonably Priced. AL

Love buffets, but this is different than any other I have visited before. First time at a sushi buffet, and I was pleased with my experience. Clean environment, friendly staff, and good food. My only caution is the non-sushi items in the line. Mediocre American cuisine, but if your looking to fill your sushi fix without paying an arm and a leg, this is the place.

First time back in a long time. Since our last visit they have done a remodel on the interior. Dont let the older appearance of the outside fool you. They were at near capacity, yet they were able to keep the food well stocked. Like any buffet, some of the food is not favorite, but with this many options, everyone should be able to find something they like.

Very YUMMY. I love the fact that I can go in and fix a to-go plate with a little sushi thats very affordable. Everything is usually fresh and hot. If doesnt look so great just ask them when some fresh Will be out. The staff is very pleasant and glad to help. The bathrooms are very clean. The overall appearance of the restaurant is clean and inviting.
