Wife insisted we go there tonight. I ordered a grey goose vodka neat. I got a shot with an insect in it. The replacement was mostly water. The manager Andrew Seymour lied and said they would never water down alcohol because its illegal. Never eating here again.***Update: I was violently ill minutes after that last update. I think they poisoned my hamburger. Our receipt says the server was Amy T.***update: two days later and my stomch still hurts bad. I am now 100% certain that they poisoned my burger. TRUST ME! You do NOT want to eat here. ****************************************************************************old reviews*************************************************The wife and I went here last weekend because we miss the wing sauces they have. The chicken was of a better quality than I remember, and the service has improved alot.***old review:.This used to be my favorite place to eat, but they totally went down hill in the last year. They put the wrong sauce on my wings the last three times we went there. When fixing it, they clearly just wiped off the sauce and put on the right sauce instead of replacing the wings, so they tasted like a disqusting mix between the 2 sauces. With Show-mes up the street making much better quality food, Quaker Steak isnt even an option for us anymore.

Took my 05 Chrysler Crossfire to your Cruise In last night, like I did two weeks ago and was told by the lady at the tent that my car did not qualify. According to her it was to new and not high performance even though it was older than several Mustangs and higher performance than several other car already on the lot. After I pointed those things out to her she relented and let me in which I appreciated. I realize there are a limited number of spaces available but at 6:00 pm I counted just 46 cars in the cruise area which looked to be a little over half full. After walking around I noticed that there were 15 or so cars there that were projects or worse bearters including a very rough all primered 66 or 67 4 door Chevelle with a for sale sign in the window. I have yet to figure out how that car qualifies when my show quality, limited production car does not. I have taken my car to many shows and cruise-ins including the Milford Quaker Steak and Lube and have never been turned away. I also noticed that Monday is Mustang night and Tuesday is Corvette night at the Lube, if those two models have a cruise night of their own why do you allow them to take so many spaces at the Sunday cruise?

We are regulars and I can say the employees and food is good for the price BUT be careful. Colerain is going down hill fast. Our car was broken into in the parking lot and we had several thousand dollars of valuables stolen (2 laptops, cash, drivers license, credit cards, house keys, etc). Yes it was our fault for leaving pc/purse in the car, but it was locked and hidden on the floor and the windows were tinted dark. Lesson learned! QS&L was NOT interested in helping at all. The manager said "let me check the cameras" and never showed back up. I then was told by Colerain Police that "they always have problems there, and they dont have any cameras - I dont understand why they dont install cameras". Keep your vehicles parked in well lit areas and as close to the door as possible - and dont expect QS&L to do anything - they dont want customers to know they have the crime problem, nor do they want to do anything to curb it (more lights/cameras/security).

My 17 year old son had a heart valve replaced 6 months ago. When my family and I asked to sit outside we did not know smoking was aloud. After we ordered our drinks and realized we had to move inside, I found the waitress to let her know we had to move. Her response was to throw away my sons drink and our sauces samples. She then proceeded to talk to other wait staff in a very nasty, dirty and rude way right next to a table full of patrons, and not know we were behind her. When I had enough I demanded to see the manager who was anything but sympathetic. Yes I was angry, but have never been treated that way. Quaker Steak does not deserve good customers, as they do not know how to treat them well. We will never go back, and recommend that you go elsewhere! Whitney our new waitress was great and received a 50% tip, but it did not make up for the treatment by the manager. Whitney - Go somewhere else - you deserve to work for a better company!

This was the worst experience weve ever had there! Typically we enjoy QSL but tonight everything was off! My husband ordered one of the new Honey Fried Chicken plates. He took two bites into the chicken and it was literally dripping blood from being raw on the inside. Nasty! My hamburger was overcooked and dry. My sons wings were orgered boneless but came bone in. My husband changed his plate to a hamburger and his was undercooked again! We never had a manager come check on us and we were charged full price for the entire meal. Weve had problems before but they have always been handled to our satisfaction, not tonight! Im going to be making some phone calls tomorrow. As I stated previously, normally, the Biker Chik Salad is to die for and my son loves their boneless wings, tonight, was not their night to shine.

Horrible service, ordered ghost pepper burger and didnt get any ghost pepper mayo spread, when asked the waitress wheres the mayo? She said its on the buns under the meat, I looked at her and said where? She replied there!! I showed her the buns was only toasted.took a bite and had to add ketchup to finish the sandwich cause no taste. Waitress came back later asking how is everything, I told her there were no mayo, she replied oh, buy everything is good right? Good" what kind of service is this? Couldnt even go to the back and bring me some mayo on the side? I work in the restaurant business so I know this is inexcusable. For the first time ever, I didnt want to tip a server, and I work in this industry so I know how it feels. I dont know, I feel there was a perhaps racial discrimination.

Sitting here at the place. Service is horrible. My wife asked for a mayonaise for her sandwich and the waitress named kelly rolled her eyes and copped an attitude with her and say yea sure mmmmmmm hmmm. Asked for my wings extra wet well no luck on that either, gave my stepson a desert with no silverware had to poke at it with a knife. I swear I asked for budweiser the waitress has brought me 2 bud lights each time. No need to complain bc the manager is gay and having girl time with all of the servers in the corner. Not to mention there are flies everywhere. If Google would let me rate a zero I would. The owner of this company needs to see first hand what is going on with this place. I am a manager and there isnt one employee here doing their job or caring about their customer.
