We were greeted by two helpful hostesses upon walking in. No complaints on the customer service. My draft Sapporo was served cold and the sweet tea was decent enough. The Soft Shelled Crab was good enough, but the sauce served with it was underwhelming. The Daruma Delight is the way to go for sushi here. Great value for the rolls offered. The Marble Rolls are good as well the Volano roll (not a misspelling...) The rolls can be packed tighter, but the ingredients are fresh and the rice was cooked correctly. On a down note, the Yakitori is definitely not worth the price though. We ended with some very rich Green Tea Ice Cream and some sherbet. Our waitress was also great and served us with a smile on her face, not pressing the check. We will think about Daruma when we are in the area.

Bad from start to finish. The soda was flat, the appetizers came last and were flavorless. The shrimp, octopus and crab in the sunomono were frozen. The rice in the sushi was very mushy. We ordered a second roll before we started eating because we thought wed need more food but it was so bad we asked to cancel it. They tried to force us to pay for the uneaten sushi that they continued making even after we told them we dont want it. As Im writing this, I asked for my check 10 minutes ago (there are only two other parties in the entire restaurant) and yet Im still waiting... The empty parking lot at whats usually the height of the dinner hour shouldve been my hint to stay away. Never coming back.

Well lets just say the food was ok. The Sushi was not even worth giving to stray cats outside. NEEDS MORE FLAVOR!! The issue I have is the waiter stands right behind me asking if Im done with my plate every 30 seconds. The other issue I have is that they cook shared our stir fry with another group of guests. We got just about zero broccoli. The prices are a bit high also. Im giving the restaurant a 2 because of all the hype. I was let down sadly.

We were seated, and waited an hour for an appetizer. No apology from the waiter. Matter fact, she has barely said anything during my visit. Its now been an hour and thirty mins and still no food. I just I want a to go box and will not be returning! Update: we left with no entrees and the waiter misplaced the ticket. Our bill was not comped and the manager and waitress were super unprofessional. Worst experience ever. DO NOT GO HERE.

This restaurant has really gone down hill. Used to be my favorite place. Went this weekend, service was terrible, chef was inexperienced and the food tasted terrible. Nothing like it use to be. Also seems they went up on the prices, and wouldnt mind that if it was worth it, but unfortunately, it was not. Do not think we will be visiting here again. Something has changed in management and they really need to improve it.

Daruma has amazing service and THE BEST FOOD EVER!!! Ive been eating here for years--since it was Tokyo House--and it has never been bad! The sushi is amazing, the hibachi is amazing, and the service couldnt be better!! I just ordered to go food and everything was perfect. They even filled little containers with all 3 hibachi sauces and some soy sauce. I highly recommend eating here!!! Great place!!

Didnt even get my food. Everyone at the table got there food but me. The waitress never came to check on us. I asked that my food that I didnt get be taken off the bill and it was but still no one came to take to me about why food I ordered was taken off the bill. This place used to be be so good to customers but at the new location they just cant keep up and it really effects the service.

Got to the restaurant we were told it would be a 40 minute wait, that 40 minutes turned into 2 hours. The food was excellent, I would most definitely return. The manager saw that we waited along time he apologized for the inconvenience. You guys may need to hire more staff and get a new system for seating. At the end of the day it was worth the wait

The restaurant itself is nice, but unfortunately the food wasnt that great, the service was subpar, and when my husband ordered fried rice with steak and shrimp, he barely got an ounce. We had to complain to the waitress and then the manager. We eventually got more meat...but it was almost embarrassing to go through it.

Excellent experience. I have been a regular for a long time. The new location is amazing and you can tell the attention to detail that was put into the establishment. Joseph, the manager, always makes you feel like you are family. The food is always top notch and fresh. I would recommend Tokyo to anyone.

Service and atmosphere was great. As far as Japanese Steakhouses go, the food was bland. The sauces and dressings tasted run of the mill watered down. The mushroom soup however was so strong/spicey that few at the table could even finish the bowl. The best thing was served was the cake pop at the end.

Food was decent but not much flavor, especially in the sushi. The waitress I had completely messed up my order and I ended up paying double for food i didnt necessarily want to begin with. I was then charged for an additional item I never asked for. I definitely will not be going back.

I called in a to go order and was told it would be 20-30 minutes, an hour later my to go order was ready. The manager was apologetic but only apologized. The restaurant isnt the same as it was when it was Tokyo. Poor customer service

Excellent food and friendly staff. Daruma is exactly what you expect and want for your Japanese special dinner. I recommend the "Joseph Special" it is outta sight! Yes, they serve bubble Tea! Our family loves Daruma.

Great experience for my 18th birthday! Had a party of 9 that fit perfectly around the hibachi table. Van was our chef and he was the best Ive ever experienced! Very courteous staff in general!

Got to the restaurant and they said 30 minutes until they called us to a table. 1 hour later they called us. It took them another hour and 1/2 just to make our food.
