I was very surprised by how cozy and warm the place felt. It doesnt feel stuffy or super showy either, just nice and traditional. I sat at the sushi bar and I was surprised to get a sample of nigiri, the fish was amazing! I ordered my favorite spicy tuna roll which was made differently here but the taste was mild and savory. Then I tried a tempura roll which was a combination of melt-in-your-mouth, crunchy, and sweet. They seem to have their own flare in food which is nice to see. Overall, a wonderful sushi stop!

Ate here while visiting from out of town. I got the Teriyaki Salmon Bento Box Dinner. It was presented nicely but I was not impressed. CA roll was a bit off, tempura didnt come with dipping sauce, salmon was under cooked. I would have rated them a 3. My friend got a steak and rice bowl and LOVED it. It was well-seasoned, cooked nicely and the beef was very tender. He would have rated them a 5. The soup/salad that came with dinner was really good! Service was pleasant. I do recommend. Just order carefully.

Ive been to Fuji several times and tried nearly every roll on the menu and have never been disappointed. The quality of both the service and food is really top notch. You can tell that a lot of care is put into each meals preparation and presentation. While Ive only ever ordered their sushi, those whove gone with me have spoken highly of the hibachi entrees and noodles (especially ramen) as well. Simply put: the food is beautiful and delicious, and you wont be waiting long for a drink refill.

Fuji Sushi & Japanese Steak House is one of my favorite restaurants in Sidney, Ohio. The food is visually appealing and delicious. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. If youre looking for amazing sushi which is visually stunning as well I always recommend Fuji. They also have very reasonably priced lunch options. If youre passing through Sidney, I definetly recommend stopping by Fuji.

Very good food, atmosphere, and staff. Unagi don has thick pieces of eel (compared to typical sushi) and the Unagi nigiri had big pieces too. The crab tempura appetizer was excellent also. Must try

Excellent quality sushi/sashimi. The chef takes pride in his work which is visible in presentation. The hibachi meals are fantastic as well. Staff is polite and friendly. Worth the visit.
