We stopped here for lunch at about 12:30 pm and place was not busy inside. Ordered two of the $5 combo meals, one with leg, thigh and mashed potatoes and the other with chicken fingers and mashed potatoes. Both meals included a medium drink and chocolate chip cookie. The food was hot and quite good. No complaints about the food. Very good value here. The floor in front of the drink dispenser was flooded however, and when we asked about it they said someone would take care of it. Sure enough, a few minutes later after we sat down to eat, someone came out and put a piece of cardboard on the floor to cover it up! Not a good idea as the next person to come up to fill a cup almost tripped on the cardboard. Since the place was not busy, it made no sense that someone couldnt spend a couple minutes to mop this up and at least put one of those yellow warning signs in the wet spot.

I stopped here for a quick lunch with my husband. Upon inquiring about a chicken drumstick meal the person behind the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes and made condescending remarks. She shouted all the way from the front register to the back to call the manager who apparently approved of the employees horrible behavior, because she acted in the same awful manner. Argumentative, rude, unacceptable!! We used to eat here all the time, but I will never come back again. Shame on you! If you do not like your job you should not work there. If I treated my clients in this manner I would be bankrupt within a month. Whoever manages this place needs to do a general cleanup and re-train all of these people who call themselves employees!! Embarrassment!!!

WORST KFC EVER! I GET MY ORDER AND THE YOUNG WOMAN AT DRIVE THRU (JULY 29, 2017 AT 1PM) HANDS ME 7 MILD SAUCES FOR MY TACO THAT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD BEEN STOMPED ON. THEY LITERALLY HAD MILD SAUCE STICKING ALL OVER THE OUTSIDE PACKAGE. SO I HAND IT BACK TO HER AND ASK FOR HONEY FOR MY CHICJEM AND THE HONEY PACKETS WERE ALL STUCK TOGETHER. I ASKED HER IF ALL OF THEM WERE LIKE THAT AND SHE SAID YES AND DIDNT CARE AT ALL. THEN TO TOP IT OFF THE FOOD WASNT FRESH AT ALL. DISAPPOINTING!

Have had recurring problems with this store. Employees have a dont care attitude and never seem to get an order correct. I make sure they have picked my order correctly before I leave the counter. If there was another chicken store any better I would go there instead. On Feb. 15, 2016 they had no chicken to sell. There is no excuse for a chicken store being bereft of chicken.

Worst place I have ever been too. Food took 20mins to make. After 20 min wait they forgot popcorn chicken and 2 of the large sides. This place keeps getting worse and worse, I will not be going back. This is what happens when you hire to many ignorant white and black people

First time coming here and a young lady by the name of Rocky accommodated my mom with a free cup due to the fact that they ran out of wedges lol They were clean and no attitudes by any of the employees!! Also they were patient!!

The worst KFC experience. Food was cold and the grilled chicken was not cooked all the way. Also please check your bag before you leave, I arrived home and was missing 4 biscuits.. Worst $31.77 I ever spent...

Wont go back. Went through drive through and it took over 30 minutes. Cole slaw was dry and was nothing but cabbage, nothing mixed with it.
