I called to check to see if any pot pies were cooked.. I did this because in the past, at other locations, I had to wait for them to cook.. I was just running across the parking from work to grab something so I didnt have much time. I walked in and there was only one couple eating.. No one else was in the store and only one vehicle in the drive thru!!!! No one greeted me and there was a guy at the register. He had 2 dollars and 2 dimes on the counter and was talking on his headset saying, "Im 2 dollars and 20 cents over. OK, you want me to put it on your desk?" there was another guy working the drive thru and a girl just standing there.. The one who was $2.20 over took his drawer and the money and walked into the office.. THE GIRL LOOKED AT ME AND HELD HER ONE FINGER UP AS TO SAY HOLD ON!!! By this time, Im really heated!! What in the world is wrong with these people!?? At the very least, it would have been nice to be greeted and asked if I could hold on a minute! Maybe they should all get a job shoveling poop so they dont need customer service skills!!! Rant over.. Im not wasting my time or money to go back!!!

My boyfriend and I went inside to purchase the $20.00 fill up bucket. We were never greeted upon entering the restaurant. Stood in line behind a lady for approximately 10 mins arguing about wanting 4 legs in the bucket she purchased. The employees continue to tell this woman it was going to take 20-30 mins to cook the original recipe chicken. She stated several times, that itd didnt matter what type of chicken it was. She just wanted 4 legs because she had 4 children. Again every employee at this location came to front of the restaurant and we have yet to be acknowledged as entering the restaurant or standing there. Therefore we counted out loud from 5 - 1 , then left the restaurant completely. Never being aknowledged or spoken too. I do not recommend this KFC restaurant be visited at all. The employees would rather argue with one customer than service or even say, "be right with you." DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC!

This location deserves no stars. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt so I went back a third time only because I love kfcs hot wings. Once again, they give me old wings. I even let them know Ill wait for hot fresh wings and they all lie and say that they just came out. They always forget to put a fork in my bag and when I ask for condiments I always get an attitude instead. Even the managers are rude and are not professional at all. Im not really writing a review for you guys not to visit this location but hoping that someone in corporate sees my review and has takes action please. This is the closest location to me and I deserve excellent customer service especially , kfc is not cheap.

Deplorable! Walked in and the first thing I noticed the horrible odor coming from the floor. I was met with a less than friendly employee who I found out later in conversation that she was not happy with her boss and the hours she had to work. I was quite hungry and was thinking about leaving but ended up ordering the 5$ dollar deal. She started preparing the order to go without asking whether I wanted to eat there or not.. When I got my order the chicken was saturated and dripping in grease. The fries were cold. I asked another employee for the crispy thinking it would have less grease. It was no better. I do not eat at KFC often but this was the worst experience I have had. EVER!

brittany the cashier was rude from time we walked in the door even cussing at some of my friends trying to order. then she yelled at one of them for standing in the front to wait on his food even though everyone else had gotten theirs at least 5 minutes earlier. as we were eating she continued to treat other customers just as bad. when we were leaving she yelled at my friend he had lost his free refill and owed the full price of a drink. then started cussing some more. she even got so loud and violent her coworkers had to lock her in the office. all of this with multiple children around. not what i would call good customer service or a family environment

Came to the restaurant at 10:30pm. They close at 11pm. The guy got mad at us for being there so late though they were still open. And the doors were open. One worker was laying on the ground in the drive through. They ignored us for the first 5 minutes that we were there. I get if we arrived right at closing but we didnt. They just decided to close thirty minutes early. If they advertise closing at 11 they should have food until 11 then start closing. Thats how a business works. I love KFC but hate these employees. Dont get mad at me for your late shift that your skipping out on early.

AWFUL. we ordered for a large group of people and the management complains and said he couldnt make all of the food we stood there for 5 minutes before anyone greeted us and when they did it was the manager and he was talking to a friend on his cell phone on speaker. Asked for silverware and he complained again. Only person who was friendly was the cashier and he Carried our order out for us. We spent over 100$ this weekend and order this much food for the same amount of people every weekend. Will not be back.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Going thru the drive thru and was given the wrong order. Hey it happens. Once inside it was no surprise that another party was inside rectifying their order. The self proclaimed "part-owner" proved she only had part of a brain. She was just down right stupid. She was suspicious of both her guests implying we were chicken capers making us sit and wait until she reviewed the security camera. This didnt end well at all. STAY AWAY!!!!

Saw a comercial an feel like I want some but, is been like 4 or 5 years havent stop by this or any other KFC cause last time at this location was horrible customer service and food was old greasy just the worse food ever .. my cuestión is??? Those any body care about this reviews ?those enybody is gonna take care of it?? Use to be a good place to eat like 7years ago!!! .

Mgr rude, and food not always fresh, I went to inside and one guy was taking trash out as soon as I walked in he come took order n proceeds to make my food never washed hands so I watched him while he did then he tried give me food n I told him to remake so next day called gm African guy n he act like it was normal and that he didnt care Im like wow.....

Dont waste your time going here. Disgusting food that you have to wait 20 minutes for in the drive thru. Food is not fresh and the biscuts are hard. Ive given them multiple tries and its literally everytime I go. This place should be shut down, after looking inside the kitchen. Its bad.

It wont let me give zero stars. 3rd time weve gone to this location, no chicken available, told it will take 22 minutes. 30 minutes later, it will be 8 minutes more. Worker says, "if they dont want to wait, they can go home". Got our money back and left.
