this was my first time ordering online and from pizza hut. so i ordered online. my specific instructions were to come through entry 6 ( i work at a mall and my store is located in that entrance). the clock on my screen said your order will be delivered in 1 hour and 30 mins. i waited nearly 2 hours and come to find out after calling that my order was cancelled. the girl on the phone was nice enough to transfer me to her supervisor. i was on hold for nearly 30 mins and then i can here him/her breathing so i started ranting. i told her that i gave specific instructions for the driver. i saw NO ONE come through the mall. Not a soul from pizza hut. so Pizza hut.......you lost yet another customer....if i could rate any lower i would. dont order from here. ever

I ordered 2 pizzas for carry out in July 2013 and thank God I checked both pies before leaving the store. The first pizza had almost no toppings at all. The second pizza wasnt cooked correctly, or something, as the small amount of toppings the pizza had was globed in the center with no sauce, cheese or toppings around the outer 5 or 6 inches of the entire pie. I insisted they re-make both pizzas. The kitchen also looked like a bomb went off back there. I wonder if there is ANY supervision going on at that place.

Been waiting for delivery for over an hour. I figured they must have got lost so I called the store. Its been ringing for 15 minutes 14 seconds as of this moment, still waiting. This is not the first time, but it is definitely the last. We are never ordering from here again, and if you are reading this, only order from here if you dont want to eat in the next two hours, and have no need to call and talk to the people you ALREADY PAID. This place is HORRIBLE.

I get half-n-half, one side for me, one side for my roommate. This Pizza Hut is usually okay, but theyre starting to just toss the toppings on the pie with no even distribution over the slices. Its half-hearted, and messy. And we always ask for pan - and I dont know if theyve changed the recipe, but its not as fluffy or crispy as it used to be. Disappointing.

The Pizza Hut at 1164 Lawrenceville Hwy is FANTASTIC! I ordered online for carryout and arrived around the time it said it would be ready. I was greeted in a clean store by a very friendly cashier who made the experience so wonderful. The place is clean, the pizza was delicious, and the customer service was superb. Highly recommend!

Placed an order online. They waited an hour before calling to tell us they dont deliver to our address, despite the fact that this is the only one the website lets us order delivery from. Last time we ordered, they took an hour and a half and our pizza and wings were cold. Would not recommend ordering from the location.

WORST PIZZA HUT-PIZZA PLACE EVER!! Terrible service!! Was never greeted-pizza took 40 minutes- and come to find out- it had been sitting there for who knows how long. Get home to find NO SAUCE on our pizza whatsoever-disgusting experience- will NEVER return to this location!!!!

They must have given me a pie that someone did not pick up, unfortunately didnt check it until I got home. Tasted like burnt cardboard. Ive had problems before with this location and the one on new hope isnt any better

Everything Was Great! I mean its just pizza. If I got anything less than busy call times, slightly late deliveries, and greasy food, then I expected something was wrong with the place. See again soon ;)
