Never been treated more poorly by a person on the phone and had more consecutive messed up orders - the real problem is they have a decent product we would continue to purchase if they could get rid of that girl with a terrible attitude that answers the phone during lunch mon-fri. We are a local business that used to order there all the time but now were gonna stick with classic pizza because those guys are always pleasant on the phone and will actually fix an issue if you have one not just give you some snide comments then hang up.

My husbands Cross Country Team celebrated their State Meet Championship run at the Cottage Inn in Dexter this past Saturday. Big Mike and his staff welcomed us and were completely prepared for 50 high school boys, their coaches and family members. The food and service were outstanding! We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Big Mike and his staff deserve huge accolades for the amazing job they did welcoming us and providing us with a great meal and environment.

Delicious pizza and very nice atmosphere! Ive gone to this Cottage Inn for the lunch buffet on a couple different occasions. They have a wide variety of pizza (including different sauces, cheeses, and toppings). The soft and crispy crust is great! The salad bar has a decent selection and is always fresh. Friendly and inviting customer service - Big Mike often checks in to make sure everythings good. Highly recommended for tasty and affordable pizza!

Slow service ordered pizza for pickup they said pickup would be 30 minutes ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes. No explanation why and staff seemed to not have a clue on how to do their job . One staff member just kept looking at the computer so he would not have to do anything. And when he did finally call my name for my order. He still didnt understand what my full order was. Never coming back.

Great food and pizza! The service was very fast and friendly, and best of all the place was clean (which I cant say about other pizza places Ive been in). My family has food allergies and they were happy to help us identify foods that would have caused problems. My son couldnt stop talking about how much he liked the pizza after we left, and we all highly recommend this restaurant!

Their pizza isnt bad. However all their specials are to be used online and their online ordering never works. Then when you call, the person taking the order cant give you the special because it is online only. Very frustrating. Or it is a genius marketing plan on their part. I lean towards frustrating.

A great Cottage Inn store run by very nice people. The Friday dinner buffet is a family favorite. Delicious fresh pizza keeps coming out the entire time youre there. Two thumbs up and a big thank you to the staff!

How do you get orders wrong so often? Wrong toppings, missing toppings, too few bread sticks, the list goes on. Fortunately the food is good, but I shouldnt have to micromanage my pizza orders!

Ordered a delivery, was quoted $39 and change on the phone. The driver showed up asking $46 and change?? And then asked me to call the store to fix their problem. Wow, really?
