I ask if I could please get my food cooked fresh I was told that it was fresh and that it had just come up. When I got home the chicken tasted very nasty like old grease it was old steal hard and very very very drrrrry!! I took it back and ask if I could please have it cooked fresh the guy in the back said NO something about he didnt want to drop anymore in the grease.. what poor customer service they have.. I spend my money and cant get my food fresh nor cooked the way I want it. Poor poor service I want ever go back to this location this place is a Mess!!!

Went through the drive thru, and was told I would have to wait for what I ordered. So I ordered something different. I then was told to drive to the front of the building to wait for my order. I ended having to go inside and wait an additional 10 minutes and was given both of the orders. I was honest and only took the order I paid for. Not sure what was going on there today, but what a disorganized mess.

This KFC is horribly slow, last night I waited 45 minutes for chicken tenders. There were people ahead of me who was still waiting on there food when I left.also I went 7 minutes to my residence and tenders were not warm. My food had been ready but it was sitting there in the basket. Its aggravating to go to a FAST FOOD of your choice to get SLOW service

Worst KFC Ive ever been too, didnt have any regular chicken and they didnt want to fry anymore because they said they were really slow and didnt wanna fry anymore Incase we were the last customer, also the clerk had headphones in and constantly asking us to repeat ourselves. Stay away from this KFC!!

This KFC is located right near a gas station so, its pretty convient for those passing through the area. The food we received was extremely hot, right out of the cooker. The service at the drive through was quick and efficient. We will most definitely visit this KFC again in the future.

Some of the absolute worst service in the world . I waited 25 minutes for my order at the drive through. When I got it home , half of the chicken was old and stale . I dont comprehend how you want wait half an hour for fresh chicken to get old chicken

The chicken is cooked in old oil, i bought some and within a couple hours the oil leaked out of the chicken onto the paper and it was a dark brown. This is the KFC in GA, the ones in NJ arent disgusting as one the ive been to here.

The front door was incredibly hard to open so I kept reading the hours to make sure it was open. My grilled chicken was dry and had to be returned. The lobby was completely empty so this may explain why the food was not fresh.

Not even really a 1 star but had to rate it in order to leave a comment. The chicken today was not seasoned, it tasted like the cook battered it with plain flour and dropped it in the grease. It tastes horrible!!!!

Went because I thought it was a buffet… its not. Got a go cup & the tenders were dry, wedges good though. Wife got the big box w/ 3pc chicken. She enjoyed it. All-in-all rating was decent. Have room for improvement.

I witnessed an employee wearing no gloves handling and cooking the food. . Customer service is ok but not the greatest. And receiving your food takes a while. . Wouldnt recommend this place. :-(
