Its disappointing I have to give this place a star to share my experience. Honestly, one of the worst ever in drive-thru history. So I pull up to the intercom and placed my order before I finished the employee said it would be a ten minute wait for the chicken tenders. I obviously made a choice at this point and confirmed that it would be okay. Well it was about 15 min form the intercom to the window time I pulled up. Surely my food would be done or shortly behind. So the cashier opens the window, asks me if I had the drum and thigh, I reply no. RED FLAG. He ponders for a moment and I said I ordered the golden tenders and Nashville tenders. Then to my surprise, he turns around and starts to enter my order asking if coleslaw would be fine. Wait, I ask, are u just entering my order? Yes, he replies. Seriously, what is that intercom there for that we spoke through 15 minutes ago when I first place my order? I get a shoulder shrug. Nevermind I say, I will eat somewhere else.

I work nearby and tend to enjoy chicken so Ive frequently come to this establishment. My patience is starting to run out though. Rarely is my order ever correct (and they arent exactly complicated orders) and often when I point out the mistakes the staff member at the drive-thru window will get an attitude with me, as if it was my fault they got the order wrong (yes young lady, even if you slide the little window partially shut I can still hear what you say to your friend). Management really needs to address some of this glaring problems if they want to ensure customers come back.

Overall amazing staff decent food and facilities. When I walked in I was disgruntled about the wait. But these two ladies in front of me started being very rude and a little racist toward the staff(mostly blacks) , so I didnt mind the wait. When I ordered the cashier was very polite and courteous, despite a situation that would have made even the most passive of people go berserk. My food was to me within a minute of my order and it was good hot food. The staff was very professional

Apparently, this is not unique to just this KFC but pretty much every KFC I have ever encountered, but fake butter and fake honey must be at a premium. Even when these items are specifically requested, they nevrr make it home...even when an employee acknowledges the request by repeating it back to you. My advice, as trivial as this beef might be to some, make sure you have your own supplies at home. Nothing like having to wash down a dry biscuit down with a beverage.

I have been here 4 times and everytime I go they NEVER have the chicken we want. What is that about. Just a very poorly run business top to bottom save your money and go to place that actually can give you a mediocre lunch/dinner because these fools cant. If I could this would be 0 star rating

This location has notoriously bad service. It take way too long too get your food, and nine time out of ten they get your order wrong. On top of all that the food quality isnt that great either, it tastes like it has been way too long since they changed the oil in their fryer.

I found a finger nail in my mashed potatoes. When I call to speak to the manager and explained the situation he said he "Doubted It. " The Managers name was Robert S., he also refused to give me his last name. His customer service skills were the worst.

We were there twenty to thirty minutes before close and werent even acknowledged. Poor customer service on their part. I get we are close to the end of the night, but honestly money is money and youre getting paid to be hopsitable to your customers!

I just moved to Grand Blanc a couple of months ago and was hesitant to try this KFC based on reviews. Ive been here 5-6 times and have never had a problem. Food is fresh, people were friendly, and I have not waited more than 3 minutes.

I have gotten takeout from the Grand Blanc KFC for years and have always been satisfied. Ive been impressed with how hard the staff works.They are fast and accurate and friendly. The cole slaw is the best around.

Waited 15-20 minutes for wings. When we got home they were DRIPPING in grease. I could only eat 2 before my stomach was upset. We let them soak on a paper towel so they werent so oily. This KFC sucks

So it say they close at 11pm i went went there at 10pm and they hid in the back. Would not give me or the car behind me service. I guess they were waiting to clock out. I would never go there again.

During lunch rush they were under staffed. Waited over 20 minutes in line just to order. Drive thru went faster. However the food order was correct and food was hot.
