This was the third chance we gave this restaurant and again they messed up our order. Third strike youre out, last time we will ever go here. Why have things listed on your menu if you dont serve it? My son was supposed to get the 4pc nuggets with mac n cheese only to be told they dont have it? My husband wanted a 2pc combo with fries and a coke. They didnt even ring it up, he got to the window and had to ask for it again; and then it wasnt even right! He got 3pcs of chicken and a biscut. Thats just so unprofessional and the wait time is insane, 30 min or more when its not busy is ridiculous. I hope this store makes some improvements but my family wont be coming here again.

Just like the last 2 times. Truthfully you need to shut this store down and regroup. The last trip my wife and I took there was so bad.(reported to Kirim) he gave us a free meal. 3 days later we showed up for it and was told, they were not accepting any orders for at least 15 minutes? Really... I called the corporate number again?

This store is located next to the Chicken Capital of the World (Gainesville, GA) so how on Earth does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken legs??? The woman at the counter could not comprehend an order with mild AND spicy chicken pieces...she was a million miles away. Go home Popeyes, youre drunk.

Ordered our meal and we were supposed to have green beans. The cashier told us that he would drop some fresh ones and bring them out. We never got them. Our chicken tenders look like thin pieces of string. Definitely not how they do it in Louisiana. Very disappointed with our meal.

General appearance dirty, Windows streaky, floor dirty. Paid $7 for two piece meal and was served a puny wing and drumstick, dry biscuit. Too disturbed to complain but not my first poor experience with this store.
