So I have relatives who work for Chickfile corporate and Im a huge Chickfile fan. When I travel I almost always go to Chickfile for lunch/breakfast and no matter how busy Chickfile provides the best quality fast food and service of any other chain Ive been to. That being said, this location is terrible. Dont get me wrong I havent had a single bad experience and now Im pissed, no Ive been to this location a couple dozen times over the past few months (I work nearby). I have had specifically 6 bad experiences in which my orders were messed up. Either I got the wrong food or parts of the order were incomplete (no bacon on my last club sandwich) or the chicken itself tastes... weird. In addition to that, unlike every other location Ive ever been to, the staff cant seem to keep up with the smallest most minimal crowd. Ive been at chickfile locations in which the traffic is wrapped around the restaurant almost twice over and I STILL get my food quickly (unbelievably good). A couple nights ago I was at this location and there were only a few cars in the parking lot and a couple cars in the drive through and there were 3 cars who had to pull over to wait (as well as myself) for an unusually long amount of time for them to finish the orders. The staff is somewhat friendly and yet they dont seem to care that much. I was at a different Chickfile location recently and it was wall to wall with people. I felt bad for the staff because they were so busy but I was amazed at how fast/hard they were all working and when I paid for my food the guy ringing up my order said Sir are you having a good day?. I was astounded. Somehow this guy STILL found time to be pleasant even during the chaos of that lunch hour. This location cant seem to get into high gear and be efficient. Again, I have intentionally taken time to go to this location multiple times to see if this is a pattern or if I just had a single bad experience and Im not saying this to dis Chickfile. I personally hold Chickfile to a higher standard because they seem to hold themselves to a higher standard. I would expect this level of service from BurgerKing or some other crappy chain but this level of service makes me angry for all the other people who are working so hard to make Chickfile what it is today and to uphold the well-earned reputation that it has as THE best fast-food restaurant.

I visited the Drive Thru to place a order just a few minutes ago and I was HIGHLY annoyed at the way the order taker was attempting to take my order.. I first mentioned how I would like a 6pc kids meal, she asked what kind of drink and after I answered she replied with "anything else?" as if my daughters NUGGET kids meal doesnt come with sauce... I then replied with my sauce since she didnt ask and she replied with "anything else?"...... I THEN proceeded to tell her that I would like a fruit cup instead of fries... she replied with "will that be all???" as if she was rushing my order, I was about to complete my order til I realized that I could not proceed with her HORRIBLE order taking.... I usually do not go to this location because there have been a few times in the past where there was always a issue but being that Im in the Conyers area I have to... BUT after tonight I will continue going to the best Chick Fil A location in my opinion which is 278.

We frequent Chick Fil-A and have always appreciated the family friendly environment and speed of service. This was one of our worst Chick Fil-A experiences. This is clearly a very disorganized and chaotic store. Although there were few customers and I only ordered a chicken nugget meal and a coffee, they got our order completely wrong. We waited 15 plus minutes for our food. There was no sense of urgency or explanations about this. Lastly, why would you have a Chick Fil-a without a playground? Chick Fil-A has created itself by catering to families, particularly to mothers with small children. It is our go to place across the country when we travel as the there are healthy options and our children get a quick break to play on long trips. We will not be returning to this store.

This was the slowest "fast food" experience I have ever had! Stopped by on drive from August to Atlanta to get a quick meal to go and after ordering waiting 20 minutes before complaining. They to.de me I had to wait because I ordered a grilled sandwich. Really? The grilled sandwich is on the menu and not a special order, so I dont understand why that would be my fault. They did not tell me I would have to wait longer, they did not apologize, and when I tried to get someones attention to give me a refund no one would even acknowledge that I was speaking. When I finally got my food, there was no apology and they simply handing me the bag. I love Chick-fil-a and most have the best customer service ever, but this location in Conyers was the worst I have ever experienced.

I love the food and customer service, but as it is a popular location it can be quite crowded at the major meal times. My only complaint is the design of the drive thru. Once you have entered the drive-thru line there is some cement blockers that prevent you from getting out of line if it appears that its going to take too long to place an order or receive your order. One of the times that I was actually there it took over 30 minutes to actually get my order and I would have actually gotten out of the drive-thru line if I could. For this reason if I see that it is busy at this location I will not be going there and get stuck in the Drive-Thru line for that long ever again.

The parking spaces are so close together, its unbelievable. Even if your car is dead center, the car to your right is dead center, and the car to the left is dead center, you all risk dinging your doors. I actually brought it up to the manager who said that he understands the problem "but cant do anything about it" He suggested that I could park out on this side road, but when I asked him if hed pay any parking ticket I might incurr, he declined. There is too much traffic in that lot too. Its just too busy and poorly designed. Theyre doing well enough without my money anyway.

Once again for the 5th time in 2017 I decided to get breakfast at this CFA. Pulled into the start of the drive-through at 10:11am and it took until 10:32 to place an order. Then I had to wait and received my food at 10:39am. I usually drive from Conyers to the Covington CFA because their service is fast, efficient & excellent. Today was the last visit my wife & I will ever make to the Conyers CFA where we live. Adding insult to the situation, if they handed out free treat cards for 3 versions of their Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, BUT you had to attend this CFA. NOT EVER AGAIN!!!!

I ate at this location at about 7:00pm on a Monday night. I ordered had to wait for my food for about 25 minutes, and the place wasnt even crowded. When the employee brought me my food, it was the driest and toughest chicken Ive ever ate at a Chick-fil-A. I have a very high standard for this company and have about never been this disappointed. Terrible food and service. If you want chicken, save yourself and go to the Popeyes next door. I will continue to eat Chick-fil-A but not at this location.
