The female management team is so ghetto and belittling! Im not even employed there and I can tell who their favorite male crew members are aka screwing. The store manager himself is included. They talk to their crew members like children. Some of the things I have heard, I wonder why any of the crew hasnt filed a lawsuit! I started out this way because thats the first thing noticed. Also I felt so bad for the couple of crew members that were actually doing their jobs instead of standing around laughing, talking, and just looking as if they werent even employed there. Now for the food...they serve Pigeon sized, old textured and flavored Chicken, most of the time its the drumsticks. I ordered red beans and rice- the rice was undercooked. The cajun rice seemed overcooked or could have just been old. Management has the nerve to get mad at you because its necessary to bring it back! I even heard one of the female managers, usually the same one with the same bad attitude, call a drive-thru customer a b!tch for doing the same. Everytime I asked for Jambalaya, they tell me "we dont have any." "The person that makes it isnt here." So Im asking with everyone employed, only one person knows how to make it? If they get rid of the entire management team maybe this place would have a chance. At this point I dont care how many speicals they have it isnt worth me stopping. Until then, Im going to Bojangles no matter how far I have to travel. The food and service is sooooo much better!!!

There is this one lady name jamiria who is always polite and has excellent customer service. I had ordered a 16 piece and she had told me it was going to be about 15 minutes. She did apologize for the inconvenience and I agreed to wait. As time went by she offered me a drink for my wait. I watched her as she began taking other customers orders and she was very professional and always had a smile. When she had yelled my ticket number I thought my food was ready it wasnt she said "Maam Im going to grab your chicken hot and fresh out the grease" and I smiled at her to signify that I was waiting on fresh food. I can honestly say that every time I come up there no other employee has been that good to me. I thank her for taking care of me and others and she responded with "no problem Im just doing my job". I recommend that if Jamira is on the cashier that you go to her.

Incredibly rude employees..... Order always comes back wrong.... So question to anyone. Do you think it is appropriate that, every time that I go to this Conyers location, I have to open up and check my entire order (opening up every box) before I leave because of the inconsistencys and lack of attention to detail by the staff? And then when I say, "hey sorry you forgot {enter missed item here}", I am presented with the most disrespectful and nasty answers from the staff? Wish they had a manager that would keep the employees considerate to the customers like KFC or Chick-fil-a. Dont go if you are looking for a hassle free experience.

Staff was extremely unprofessional. After waiting 10 minutes plus just to order, we were told they only had mild breast. They wanted to up-charge for meals although it was their inconvenience. The worker at the drive through window constantly cut us while trying to order. The excuse is corporate doesnt want them to drop chicken near closing time to avoid waste, so they make it as ordered which consists of another 16 min wait. If they can not provide the service customer has come for in a timely fashion of fast food service then they should close earlier than 1am.

I have been to this location several times but have never eaten anything from here because there is ALWAYS a problem. 1st time they wouldnt honor my coupons(never had a problem with any other location). Second time was n a tuesday, they said they dont participate in the 2 piece tuesdays special(WHAT?????). Yeah thats right, the best special they have they dont participate in. NEVER going back. Lost my business. Too many other places to get a GOOD meal. I dont think this is any fault of the employees. THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT.

Super fast service- we ordered two 5-piece grilled tender combos. Admittedly, the grilled chicken has to be prepared fresh, so it takes a little longer, but they got it out to us without much wait. Mashed taters and gravy and biscuits were fresh and delicious, and the banana pudding parfaits were awesome! Everyone was smiling, laid back and friendly, and our meals were perfect! Even the bathrooms couldnt have been in better condition, really. Thanks again for an awesome dinner, yall!

Ive got pretty low expectations of fast food. If nothing goes wrong, I give 4 stars. If I see review average of 2 starts, Ill throw in a 5. So I give 2. I dont go here much because theyre always out of something. Like fried chicken. I was there half an hour. But Maam wanted Popeyes, so I prepared myself. And they swapped out our Mashers with cajun rice. Those arent interchangeable. Bring really low expectations and War & Peace to read while you wait.

Ghetto. Unprofessional. Slow. On busy nights they have a lot of young Unprofessional people working. I sat here and watched how friends of the workers came in and the employees would stop and have conversations with them. No professionalism whatsoever. I live Popeyes, but I hate coming to this particular one because of the poor service. I think they should take curs from Chick-fila

Showed up at 11:04 got the order in at 11:15am Received food at 11:40am Chick-fil-a is literally next door, I could of went there and back by now for LESS MONEY! and still had my food before these 5 employees cooked my 3 piece combo. Now I will be late for my 12pm appointment and this was supposed to be "fast food" for me Order number 10658 Food was good though

Unprofessional young staff that seems like theyre only there to get paid, attitudes made me want to walk out and it took forever for our food. Asked Devin about the surf and turf and he said they didnt have it. Come to find out they did, the general manager was very helpful with correcting our order and livened the place up.

The night shift is horrible. They never have enough chicken cooked and the young people are always playing and lack customer service. My order is always wrong and they dont apologize for having you wait 15-20 minutes for the chicken that should be already cooked. Please hire people with some sort of sense and service.

Went into this establishment to make an order, the employee on the register gave me one price for my order and I paid for it. The manager saw the price, re rang the order to a higher total and expected me to pay. I took my money and my business to their nearby competition one block down on the right. Thank you KFC.

Dont waste your time here. We dont have a Popeyes where we live, but thanks to this location this will be our first and last time here. The staff is uncaring and doesnt care to get you your food in a timely manner. A 3 minute wait for chicken turned into 20. No thanks Popeyes!

I was told to wait "8 minutes" for fresh spicy chicken AFTER I purchased the food. (The term fast food went out the window) After waiting over 10 minutes, I was given 2 breast, 3 wings and 5 legs.10 pieces of chicken and only 2 large pieces of chicken.
