I liked the experience I had. The food is good and service was good. I have been to Popeyes about 2 or 3 times within a 4 or 5 year span. I wish they would provide service like chick fil a or similar so others can experience and be happy. Do not complain about waiting 10 minutes. If employees are standing around and your meal is uncooked and your waiting 20 minutes thats sucks, I would definitely speak with a manager and go to coorporate. Not to get something for free, just to do what needs to be done. No one should pay to have an unhappy experience and just let it go. But waiting just 10 minutes and complaining about cooked to order food might be pretty dumb. Thanks for taking the time to read my review. Apply the manager/coorporate idea to every business. We should not receive bad or unhappy service for giving a percentage of our annual earnings to business. Frank

Worst Popeyes Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Go Here Whenever I Want Popeyes Because Its Close To Home. I Been Here Several Times And Everytime I Had A Bad Experience.They Are Slow And Have No Customer Service. One Time I Got A 5 Pc Tender Combo I Found A Long Piece Of Weave In My Tenders And They Forgot My Mash Potatoes And I Waited 30 Mins For My Food. The Other Day I Went They Gave Me A Dirty Lid To My Soda. It Had Hair And Dried Up Soda On It. Another Time I Went I Waited 20-35 Mins For My Food When They Gave It To Me The Girl Said Ill Give You A Apple Pie For Your Wait I Said Ok. Waited A Additional 10 Mins For My Food. She Forgot My Side And Didnt Give Me The Free Pie She Offered. I Had To Drive In The Drive Thru Again And Tell Her I Aint Get No Side Nor The Pie. Point Is Dont Waste Your Time!!! Go To The Popeyes On 78.

I have to say that my Experience was bad had to wait a while. there was no greeting at all. people up front need to be knowledgeable of what there doing. I usually get a cupon that comes with a free dinner as well. And automatically they tell me that the cupon dont work till i told her that i had been coming to the same location and done it before. Then she said let me try and it worked.

The food was great. Wasnt to pleased with the fact that the food handlers didnt wear gloves. And that the person at the register would handle the money and then turn around and help put your food together without washing or sanitizing their hands.

This is the first time I ever stayed in a fast food drive thru for 25 mins and to receive cold food. Im very disappointed at this location. You guys need to stay consistent you are going too loose your customers.

The food was hot but the only issue is I felt rushed in the drive thru while placing my order and when I got to the window I had to ask twice for extras like honey etc... other than that it was ok.

Fantastic food, great wait times, most of the stuff is yummy. I just had an issue though I I had to have my order remade 3 times and it still incorrect and they treated me like I was an annoyance

The food was ok, but ad least the staff was nice. Word of warning dont waste your money on the Cherry Cheesecake dessert if its still there. It was pretty bland in my opinion.
