If I could give no stars, I absolutely would. The only redeeming thing about this place was our server, who was great. I used to love Ruby Tuesdays for the salad bar. Right after we were seated I stopped to look at the salad bar offerings on my way to the bathroom. The entire salad bar looked disgusting - like fresh food hadnt been put out in hours and hours. It was so gross. Immediately I decided against eating from the salad bar. Husband and I ordered the same entree - Bourbon Salmon. He had zucchini and spaghetti squash. I had zucchini and rice for my sides. I gave a bit of the rice to my toddler (2 years old) and within an hour, he had diarrhea so badly that we had to completely change him out of his clothes. My son vomited later that night. So did I - multiple times. Now on Day 4 (Thursday) its just now subsiding. I know for a fact that it was the rice pilaf from this wretched place because that was the only thing that both my son and I ate on Monday that was the same. And my husband has had no symptoms whatsoever. I thank God that my little boy fared better than I (probably because he had a very small amount of the rice). Im still feeling so weak and I will NEVER eat at this (or probably any) Ruby Tuesday again. My advice is to stay away!

This was literally the most disgusting meal Ive ever had. I feel sorry for anyone who eats here. I should have known when we sat down and the people behind us were sending something back because they found it "inedible." We got the salad bar, which was okay. Not anything Id even consider good. I got what was supposed to cajun pasta, but was really cold, clumped together noodles with burnt onions and peppers, slimy shrimp that didnt looked fully cooked, microwave chicken, and sausage that tasted like hot dogs. And my husband simply got a buffalo chicken sandwich- which was so slimy and tasted SO BAD. Everything was god awful. We didnt finish anything and asked for a check. And as we were leaving, a table next to us found something in their food. I dont know if it was a hair or a bug or what. But I could NOT get out of there fast enough. Not to mention we both got sick that night. Surprise, surprise.

If you go healthy you wont be disappointed when you order the "chicken fresco." It is a great dish that you can order the salad bar to go with it at no extra cost. Each time I order it at this Commerce location they always cook the chicken to perfection! Never dry, moist and delicious! When you enter the people at the hostess stand are cheerful and our waitress, Ivy is an excellent server! Ivy took our orders right away and kept our glasses full. I always like light ice with my drinks and that was even conveyed to the bartender and I was pleasantly surprised that it was made just as if I would have done it myself! This location is a winner and if you get Ivy for a server at your table youll be pleased!

Had the waitress and possibly bartender ruthlessly try to rip me off on Friday January 29,2015. Ordered a large draft beer, specifically asked her the price -$4,00- and my friend ordered a glass of house wine. Got our bill and my beer was $9.00 and the wine was $9.50. When I asked to speak to the manager she said the beer was "accidentally overpriced" and they were conveniently "out of house wine" so we got the highest priced wine in the house.....wrong, just wrong but typical corporate America.

My wife and I both have been sick to our stomachs since eating here yesterday. I usually never leave food behind but I could not even choke down half of my buffalo chicken sandwich. The meat has a slimy consistency (if it actually was, in fact, meat). My wife ordered a seafood pasta dish which included vastly overcooked/mushy noodles and rubbery shrimp. Our server was nice, that is the only positive thing that I have to say about this restaurant.

My family and I just got home from a great evening at Ruby Tuesdays in Commerce. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was top notch. I cant say enough about our server, Chelsea. My wife and I have two small children, and she went above and beyond to keep them happy. Chelsea made it so easy for us and had a genuinely caring attitude. Thank you all for such a relaxing dinner! Yall rock!

Upset over the salad bar. We got there about 600 to 615 .the bar was empty on most of the food bowls. We were very disappointed. Our service was great. There were about 15 people including my husband. We are seniors and dont go out to often . We spent 33.88 plus 7.oo for tip. That is a lot of money to us. Thank you for asking

Went in the middle of the afternoon and it was pretty quiet. We came for the salad bar and werent disappointed. The Garden Bar was top notch as always, with all of our favorite salad toppings. We all got the mini cheeseburgers and fries combo with our salads and that filled us up. Place was clean and the staff was terrific.

Like the restaurant more then our server. No silverware, no drink refills, forgot to ring in part of the order, made an out of place comment and rudely held the to go containers in my husbands face and took forever to being us the check. Several points deducted earned her a 10% tip.

The place was clean and the waitress was nice and attentive without hovering. I had the half rack barbecue ribs with a baked potato and side salad bar. The salad bar is a little small but had everything you would need and someone was there to keep it clean. I will go back again.

Wife ordered burger well but came out more raw ans almost made her sick. I ordered the herb crusted tilapia with green beans and onion rings and the beans were not cooked all the way, and the fish wasnt as good as Ive had before. So overall experience wasnt good.

The service so slow. Was charged the wrong amount. Took forever to correct. Was 2:00 when i visited, not very busy, but i was still late getting back to work from lunch. Server not friendly at all. Rachel 06-06-2017 Commerce, GA location.

The waitress didnt give us silverware the cheese dip was cold salad bar was empty but when they restocked it very good the only ruby tueaday that kept most of the same stuff as the old salad bar that made it all good thanks

Stopped in for the salad bar. all of the plates at the bar i tried to use were dirty. skipped salad bar. food i did order was mediocre and too salty. floors were dirty. wont be back. Server was great though.

This was just your average chain restaurant with mediocre food. The place is lackluster and there was only one serve working three plus tables. But we went because my daughters wanted shrimp and corn dogs.

It was just like any other Ruby Tuesday I go for the salad bar which was good n fresh. The crab cakes were good. The staff was extra friendly because they are southern! Ill go back
