I went there once on Black Friday around 2PM to recoup and get a buzz on for the remainder of my Black Friday shopping day. It wasnt crowded, and it was quiet as youd expect with not that many people around. My group ordered nachos and they were pretty delicious. Although I do admit service was slow for the nachos, but thats fine. An added bonus is that our drinks were made well, I never had a complaint once and I ordered a couple shots that arent your every day selection. 2nd time there was a Friday as well but later in the evening. It turns out they decided to have open karaoke, but in a sort of bastardized way with actual bands playing up there that were uber loud and terrible to listen to. I was the dbag of our group and ordered a burger since I was hungry and that was the only reason we stayed longer than 10 minutes because we had to wait 25 minutes for it to come. It was a BBQ Bacon Burger, something I never thought you could do wrong. I thought wrong. It wasnt that it was bad, it was that it tasted really plain. Its an OK place if you go on non-karaoke nights and stick to nachos

I have tried to give this place a chance since they opened a few years ago since I only live a mile down the road, but everytime I try they remind me why I never want to come back. The food has always tasted like something I can get from the nearby Burger king or out of a TV dinner box. But please remove sports bar from your name, I have gone up their twice the last few months for just drinks and to watch the game. Once for a Tigers ALCS playoff game and the other to watch a night Michigan game, and they have a band and kareoke going on! Who wants to watch a game with all of that crap going on.

the waitress was great but food was unbearable,went with two others who did not like there dinner also,cold,no flavor,will not eat here again.mcdonalds would have had more to offer,sad.right.steak had no seasoning and was cold,baked tater was undercooked loaded[yeah right] ,salmon with shrimp[dog food],jumbo shrimp was fare,would say was only thing edible,at least one of us could eat.they call this upscale[no way]stay away at all cost!!!!! go to highland house across the street,ive never had bad food there.

Food was a little better than your typical bar food but still nothing incredibly special. We had THE RUDEST waiter I have ever had in my entire life. His name was Tyler & while we were nothing but polite from the start, he treated us incredibly disrespectfully. My friend walked passed the bar to find the bathroom to find him badmouthing us as well. I feel bad for all his poor coworkers that have to deal with that human being every day. Terrible.

Just checked out this place. Very nice decor inside but poorly run. The guy that seemed to be the manager was very rude. The service was horrible. She got numerous orders wrong and it took forever to get the bill, even after we went up to ask for it. Food was ok. Its too bad because there are not many "upscale" restaurant/bars in the area and this one has potential if they get their act together.

I have enjoyed having lunch here a few times and have always had good food and good service. They have WiFi so that I can check email and work through lunch...helpful. Recent I stopped in for a burger and a bowl of soup and was glad I did. It hit the spot! I usually have the personal pizza. I have also heard they have had a change in management to help improve service.

55 years on this earth, never have i been treated with such disrespect! To come out from behind the bar, to my table in front of all the patrons and my freinds and tell me off about something that happened two months ago, because i called her a beatch, when that was definitely the case. What happened the customer being rite! Never to visit skybox again.

I took my lady there having a group on and thought the place was very nice. Wait time was normal and the Rack of Ribs was great! Our server, I forget her name, was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place. Did I mention the ribs?

I know its a sports bar, but man is it loud! Service was terrible (they forgot half of our order) and took forever to get our meal and git it wrong in the end. Menu selection was not very creative. No towels in the bathroom.

Food is similar to what you get at Dave and Amys, but not as good. Service was horrible, wanted to like this place, but wont be going back. Everyone around our table was complaining as well, so they have some work to do.
